Good quality products, but slow in identifying and sending items to fix a production error. Would def be 5 stars otherwise.

Soon after my first review was posted a representative from Rubbertree contacted me and admitted that the service I received was not good enough and they would sort the problem out straight away, with a full refund which they did. I had my bootliner within 4 days and it is fantastic. As a business owner I know how things can go wrong and no one or no system is perfect, I tell my employees stuff ups will happen, what's important is how you rectify the problem and how quick the problem is dealt with. These guys nailed that part and I'm sure systems are in place now that these wait times don't happen to anyone else.

Sent two emails requesting order updates and yet to receive a reply. Ordered 5/4 and taking Easter in consideration it’s passed the deadline on what they say dispatch time is and I didn’t request an update until after that date. Disappointing customer service to not reply at all.

I got exactly what I was expecting in product and delivery.

Customer service was great. Told me of the expected delivery date due to xmas closures etc over that time of year.

Items arrived with plenty of notifications on the date and time.

Product arrived a little later than predicted, but not too much later. Excellent product for a reasonable price.

Invoiced for cover. Australia Post says parcel not addressed to our Villa number but will not give details(privacy?).Proof of delivery only says it was addressed to Cranley (our Suburb) I have to take Rubbertree's word that they addressed it correctly but I'm disappointed I don't have the cover😒

Greg from Rubbertree was able to fix up my mistake in an order and get our rear mat on its way.

I purchased a set of front and rear executive rubber floor mats for my Hyundai Ioniq 5. The quality of the mats are quite good but there is no lip to the mat so not as good at keeping the elements in the mat as oem sets I’ve had for cars in the past. The fit is also quite good but definitely not perfect as there are some small gaps to the edges which would be better if the mats went all the way. However customer service was helpful as I emailed them asking them for the specific cut for my car as the images online didn’t match and was emailed them right away.

Car seat covers for a Hyundai Ioniq 5. Well made and fitted really well. Front and rear seats. A little fiddly to fit but a little patience is all that is requierd. Excellent product

Excellent customer service! there was a issue with my purchase (wrong product ordered), but the Rubbertree staff went out of their way to fix the issue by offering a full replacement free of charge. Good quality products as well.

I bought some Rubbertree product after getting sick and tired of the mess my car was in. Safe to say i have since been back to fully deck my car out as their product is top tier! Fits perfectly to my car and looks epic. Service is great too. Thanks Rubbertree
