I have recently completed my Level 3 Understanding Mental Health for Managers course in Loughborough, and I can honestly say I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Our instructor, Michelle, was excellent. She was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable and engaging, bringing a wealth of experience and practical insight to the course. Having trained and worked as a mental health nurse for the NHS, she was able to share valuable real-life experiences and advice that made the learning both informative and relevant to the workplace.

The course provided a much greater understanding of mental health, how to recognise when someone may be struggling, and how managers can offer the right support to their teams. It was a really worthwhile experience, and I feel much more confident in understanding the importance of mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.

A big thank you to Michelle for delivering such an enjoyable, informative and thought-provoking course.

My Instructor John was extremely helpful and made the training very in depth and explained what we had to do very well, he made instructions very clear and is very professional. Would 100% recommend Rubico Associates if you are serious and want to learn to do it safely and correctly.

The instructor is great at teaching individuals into how to be a professional doorman. The lessons are very good helped me learn a lot of things you wouldn’t think about the role overall great lessons enjoyed it a lot had a good time at the course.

Being able to have a tutor with first hand knowledge and experience has been a great learning opportunity, he has provided us with tools we can use when in future employment but also explained why it’s important for us to know these things, he has also been able to have a laugh and chat with us which has kept the course engaging and enjoyable.
