ORDERED 3 MONTHS AGO NO UPDATES AND NO SIGN OF MY ORDER AND DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

4 months later still didn't receive my order. They tell you wait 3 weeks, then 2 weeks, then 3 weeks, before you know it months have gone by. Never use them, you'll regret

Absolute garbage. After 4 MONTHS i received nothing. Customer service responds with template email and that's all. That means there is no contact with them at all.

Terrible terrible service. I don't know if I have been scammed or not.

3 months waiting, still received nothing. 3 times they wrote to wait another 2-3 weeks, I waited. Then they started ignoring my messages. Will ask for a refund now. This is a joke of a seller, avoid at all costs, you wont receive your order and you will be ignored

Doesnt deliver and doesnt reply to customer service. Bought on 11 nov, never shipped, canceled order, never got my refund. Straight up scam company, dont buy here.

Total scam! I ordered 3 months ago and my order still hasn't been shipped. The customer service does not reply to several emails and I do not get my money back. Do not order at all!! Absolute bull**** company!

Ordered a few tees that were in stock as far as I knew. Was told 20 days shipping due to black Friday. After that was told 1-2 weeks and every time I followed up was told the same thing 1-2 weeks. 3 months later and still nothing. Except now I don't even get a response. Have tried instagram comments and emails and dms but they just ignore you.

Didn't bother asking for a refund just going through my bank to get the money back.

Disgusting customer service

Last year i bought 4 hoodies during the black friday and all went well.
This year i tried to do the same thing. Bought 3 hoodies on the 26 of november. On the 3 of January still no shipment. I asked for a refound and the accepted, saying they needed 7-10 days. After a month still nothing and now they are ghosting me .
Very good hoodie, terrible company

UPDATE: it’s the 16/02, still no refound. they stopped responding to my email

UPDATE 2: It's the 7 of April, stillo no refound and the don't respond. less than 2 months ago i started the refound process with my credit card company. They don't answer also to them.

Ordered a hoodie 2 weeks before Christmas because they said that was the estimated time.
A mont later it still didn’t arrive. They told me 2 more weeks.
Now, two weeks later they are telling me they have not recieved their inventory yet! What is this joke

I ordered a hoodie as a Christmas gift at the end of November. After asking multiple times where my order was I was told 1.5-2 weeks for it to even be shipped.

Was sick of waiting for 2 months and asked for a refund. Shocker that as soon as I ask for a refund, I don’t get a reply whatsoever.

This company is beyond unprofessional and I’d be shocked if it wasn’t a scam.

Worst company ever! Waiting now 2 months for my order. No information, nothing. But on there webside they say we ship in 1-3 business days. Scam!!!

This company is a scam. I placed order and they never shipped it. I tried emailing them 100 times, no response. You can’t get through on the only number I found. Beware. They will take your money

3 months waiting for delivery and no news. Crazy. Customer service is awful. Looks like a scam.

Slow and dishonest

I placed an order in September of 2022. I waited the "Up to 10 days for your order to ship out" as stated on their website and checkout at the time of ordering.

After this, I requested an update on when my order would be shipped. I was given an estimate of 1.5-2 weeks. It didn't ship.

Reached out again, 2 weeks later, was given another 1.5-2 week time frame for it to ship. Nothing shipped.

Reached out in January to request cancelation of order and a refund as I am tired of waiting and being lied to. Asked them for a screenshot and confirmation of my refund. They confirmed cancelling the order but are now telling me I have to wait additional time to receive my refund/their finance team has to process it? No, they don't. This company uses Shopify and anyone who is capable of "canceling" an order can also issue my refund.

This company makes what seems to be nice blanks. But it is so poorly run it is disgusting. They should to be doing B2C AT ALL. I will be filing a claim with my credit card company if I do not receive proof of my refund by the end of the week.

Avoid this company at all costs, taking forever to ship. Emailed them multiple times suddenly, still silent and ghosted me.

Products ship after 8 month Late and the label is « made in bengladesh » we pay for Made on Portugal !!!!
Never answer to many messages.
I send a claim to custom and policies and Wait now to be refund.

I used to love this company, especially for the quality. I ordered a pair of pants on Black Friday, and our credit card got charged and everything seemed to be fine. But I never got a shipping confirmation, or email confirmation. I figured it was just because of the busyness. But around a month later, still nothing. I emailed trying to get in touch with what went wrong, but they only asked for my confirmation number which they never gave me (I said that in the email to them if they actually would have read it lol). They haven't responded in over a week. I gotta dispute the charge with my credit card company now.

None existent customer service been waiting on an order since September. Requested a refund, was told 2 November it’s being processed never had & been ignored since had to open a chargeback claim with my bank which could take another 4 months. They’re not even bothered about reviews either how’s the company still running? Avoid
