Hice una compra en noviembre del 2025,para un regalo de reyes,después de reyes aún no me había llegado. Me daban largas sin poder decir cuando llegaría. Les de di que me devolvieran el dinero,y a fecha de hoy 15 de abril 2026 no me lo han devuelto,ni me ha llegado el pedido. No contestas a ninguno de los correos que les mando.

I ordered on the 7th Feb and haven't not received my items or a refund.

All i get is automated responses.

Do not buy from this company.

Ordered a sweater last year November. Never received it. Continiously postponing the order with "we will improve and let you know". After a while they promised me a refund, but after couple of time (again) postponing, they don't answer the mails anymore.
This company is one big joke!

Good quality material and clean stitching. Slightly tight sleeves, but still nice.

Still no word from yours support

I had a very disappointing experience with this shop.

I placed an order (#2141) and initially received a confirmation, but no shipment followed. Tracking was never available or working. After waiting for a long time, I contacted support and was told the package had been lost in transit.

I agreed to a replacement shipment, but this was never sent. Instead, I was later informed that the item is out of stock with no clear delivery timeframe – even after weeks of waiting.

At this point, I requested a refund. However, despite setting a clear deadline, the refund has still not been processed.

Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating. There was a lack of transparency, unreliable communication, and no proper resolution despite multiple attempts.

I cannot recommend this shop.

Bought a really nice New Zealand shirt (even though I’m Irish), and the team was very helpful when I needed to arrange an exchange. The whole process was smooth and easy. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I’d happily recommend them.

Vous avez beau sur trustpilot vous déculpabiliser et envoyer des messages d 'excuses et demander le numéro de commande vous n'etes que des arnaqueurs de première.
Vous êtes de connivence en plus avec Ups.
J'ai déposé une réclamation auprès d'ups et depuis plus rien.
HONTE à vous de voler les petites gens.

Bought Crusaders jersey, looks awesome.

I ordered my jersey a year ago, wrote emails and waited patiently...now I don't even get a reply!!!
The excuse i got was we are experiencing a high volume of business and they will get back to me. Not even a single word since...
Absolutely pathetic!

This is a scam - I ordered shirt in early November, no indication product was not available. I sent numerous emails received generic responses with promises stock arriving soon. As at February no shirt so I cancelled order. On 2 March promised refund needless to say I am still waiting .
Only contact is Elena Russo support office , who sends generic emails without responding to specifics.
I have not heard nothing since 2/3/26.
This company needs to be reported , I note others have similar issues.

I have ordered a training shirt and an All Blacks cap from Rugbybase I’m quite pleased. The shirt fits comfortably and the cap has a really nice look to it. Both items seem well made. Delivery took about 15 days, which was a bit longer than I first expected, but everything arrived safely and in good condition. The only small thing I’d suggest is clearer tracking updates during shipping. Other than that, the ordering process was easy and the whole shopping experience was positive.

Jersey looks great but tracking updates were a little confusing.

Attenzione, dopo 3 mesi di prese in giro ho dovuto far causa per truffa tramite avvocato. Pagamento effettuato materiale mai arrivato, rimborso richiesto mai arrivato, adducendo una scusa dopo l altra.
Ora la risposta sottostante mi invita a contattare il supporto, dopo averci combattuto per tre mesi con relative prese in giro. Il leggere esperienze simili mi induce a segnalare anche su altri canali la realtà del servizio.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered top in November for Christmas present and still not received. Emailed customer services four times and get same line that there are stock issues. Five months late. Getting legal advice and bank involved. Steer well clear!!

Good rugby store. Would recommend but expect about a week for delivery.

I placed my order nearly a month ago. Have received no progress to shipping, despite being told it is being escalated. Very poor service and feels like a scam.

Delivey took little longer but worth it.

Desde el 27 de noviembre que realice el pedido y ni pedido ni dinero. Me he puesto en contacto con ellos y evasivas. No me contesteis dando me email, que ya lo hice y sois una estafa. NO COMPRAR, ES UNA ESTAFA. ya está en manos del banco.
