Have had nothing but an amazing experience - From customer service and fast delivery. My boys love the training tee’s and the rugby bricks bag has been a game changer for my son at high school - fits all his gear and on rugby training days that all too! Very thankful for the amazing service we have received!

I ordered rugby bricks tee and unfortunately the tee didn’t arrive at address as per the delivery tracking instructions!
When advised RB they were more than happy to assist with the issue and provide replacement tee. They were helpful and solutions focused. I highly recommend RB 🤙

I am over the moon happy with the Rugby Bricks company. I placed an order from Canada for my teen who plays Rugby. The Rugby Bricks Tee is his absolute favorite by far! We received many updates on the order ie: when it got on the plane, clearer customs etc. However it never made it to our house, even when it said it did. I emailed RB and they put a query into Canada Post right away. When nothing came from Canada Post, RB contacted me to resend the Tee. Their Customer Service is Top Notch! I would not hesitate to order from them again! Thanx Rugby Bricks, as well for all the free Youtube content 😉

I have bought quite a few rugby tees from rugby bricks and the speed of delivery was excellent! The little added extras were a great surprise as well. I had a minor issue with one of the products and found Rugby Bricks to be very pro active and sort the problem out quick smart. Great company and great products.

I reached out via email about a problem I had with a backpack. I was responded to quickly and the problem was rectified. I would recommend this brand not only for their products but for their customer service aswell.

I found Rugby Bricks an excellent Company to deal with. The delivery company messed up the delivery. But the customer service at Rugby Bricks sorted this out immediately and replaced the order…Excellent service, so I’m a happy customer.

I was sent a second Rugby brick by mistake and after asking how I would go about returning it they were so generous in giving it to me as a gift . My grandson will be absolutely ecstatic.

Best tees on the market. Would be nice if they had a north American distribution point but worth the wait to get shipped from down under!

The customer service from these guys is unbelievable, they were so helpful when I looked for more information, and we so helpful answering my query as what I wanted was out of stock, they checked and will have it for me in time for Xmas.

Really good customer service, quick to communicate and help send out a part of an order for me early so arrived in time for my boys birthday where there was a slight delay with another item. Refreshing and reassuring

When I ordered the kicking tee I was initially advised it might not be available until January.
However, I have received it today in readiness for a Christmas gift.
When I queried the possible delay the company were most helpful and had agreed to send a different colour if my original order wasn't available in time.

Although initially there was some delay due to the product being out of stock. Once I chased it they were very responsive and provided regular updates on dispatch and a complimentary gift for the inconvenience.

The team were super helpful with my order and were able to accomodate what I needed.
