RugPal Reviews

I recently purchased a small mountain cabin with wood floors and was looking for a quality area rug. I researched multiple sites before I made my purchase and found the best price from RugPal. The item was delivered quickly and it was exactly the quality I was looking for. I contacted customer service with a question and I received a quick response with an even better answer than I had expected! I will definitely purchase from RugPal in the future.

Loll area rug delivered on time. Cheaper than local furniture store. Beautiful and quality. Thank you RugPal.

Order placement was easy. All details of purchase and optional returns were included. I have not received the product as yet. I would have liked a detailed description of rug content. Also the colors of the same rug show differently on same page. I'm hoping that it's okay

Having just moved into our new home, we needed to quickly purchase area rugs. I was browsing Architectural Digest and fell in love with a large Loloi area rug which was featured. I needed that rug and fast in my home :)

I searched the internet and found RugPal among many other retailers. RugPal stood out to me due to free shipping, fair pricing and free rug pad. But most important was the excellent customer service I received through the "chat" function as well as email. I am looking forward to my next purchase with RugPal!

Fast shipping. Very satisfied with purchase.

I had questions and I had two email responses almost immediately on a Sunday. I ordered last evening and they shipped it today. You can't get better service than that!

Easy to use website, I was able to pull up the size, shape and color of rug I needed, then choose from the selections. There also material and manufacturer choices if necessary. I was kept informed of the progress of my order and they even provided shipping tracking and you can chose if you want a signature upon delivery or not.

Great Company to order from

Great Customer service and extremely fast shipping!

We received the best price and they said it would ship in 3-5 days and it shipped on day 4. Delivery was only 2 days from ship date. Great service. Will buy again!

So happy with this beautiful rug!

Person on phone was very accommodating, but return policy is not goid

Had an excellent shopping experience with RugPal. The only issue was that FedEx left the rug at our door without requesting a signature at delivery as we requested at time of order.

I found their customer service truly outstanding from initial questions on the site about a rug to prompt delivery. Prices are great for quality rugs. Direct contact with company about change in delivery could not have been better. I will definitely buy from RugPal again.

All rugs that I have received are great.

Easy way to obtain good products for less

Great selection of different styles, sizes and brands. Also, great prices. Shipped in the same day - wow!

Awesome better looking in person than on the computer

The rug is beautiful, well made and very sturdy. It fits in front of the door perfectly.

It was easy to order on Rugpal and it arrived very quickly and was packaged appropriately of the weather.

The wrong carpets were delivered. Notified RugPal on delivery day (December 28) and was told it might take three working days for their return department to get back with us. Today is the third working day (January 3rd) and no response. Will give them one more day to respond ....likely heavy returns after the Christmas holiday ..... before I notify my credit card company.
