Hate to be the guy who leaves bad reviews, but this is a bit cheeky. Placed an order for a faux Zebra rug as I'm outwardly eccentric. Supplier either no longer exists or no longer stocks. Fair play, s... happens. Got an email suggesting I swap for another rug that's similar from another manufacturer. Very kindly they were offering it for the same price even though it was more expensive. Fine, I thought, except it was cheaper. Not substantially, but why be dishonest? Fired back an email asking them to explain why a cheaper rug is supposedly of higher value. No reply yet. Think a refund easiest, please get in touch or refund my card.

Rug was exactly as described, good quality and was delivered in a timely manner. I was kept updated about delivery times and courier.

The website was easy to navigate, product information was very good and delivery was first rate.
I am truly delighted with the two rugs I purchased the quality is excellent and the colour is perfect goes a treat with my new sofa.

I recently purchased two rugs from Rugs Direct and felt compelled to leave a review because the experience was genuinely outstanding.
From start to finish, the level of customer care I received was something I haven’t encountered in a very long time.
I had quite a specific request, as I was trying to match a rug I already owned (from the same manufacturer and in the same colour)
Before purchasing, I reached out and asked if I could send photos to confirm they were the same.
Clair, who assisted me, was incredibly helpful, taking the time to carefully review the images and reassure me that they were a match. That level of attention and willingness to help made all the difference.
What impressed me even more was the pricing. After spotting the same rugs elsewhere, I asked about price matching.
Clair immediately confirmed they do match prices and not only that, I still received an additional 10% promotional discount.
It felt like the focus was truly on looking after me as a customer, rather than simply making a sale.
Clair was kind, understanding, and genuinely caring throughout the whole process, and Rugs Direct as a whole demonstrated professionalism and integrity at every step. They really went the extra mile.
I would recommend this company in a heartbeat and will absolutely be returning for any future purchases. A truly exceptional experience.

Ordered a small 'BERBER' rug 153L x 80Wcms arrived 2 days later. Delivery timing good.
Unfortunately it turned out to be worse than disappointing - looked cheap, thin, synthetic, balls of fluff fell out of it, very poor quality and the 'cream' colour we thought we'd ordered turned out to be grey not as described in the photo. Certainly we were mis-represented by the description online.
We go on to the refund/returns, go through a process on Whats App and finally at the end we learn that the mailing cost is #39.99! This is very scammy - we're not going to send it back for forty quid! Coming up close to the cost of the rug! Also put through a complaint to our bank to see if they can prevail on RUGS-ONLINE uk for mis-representation.

Company very easy to deal with, pleased with the rug and it is good value for money.

Spent £170 on a rug thats falling to bits only 3 months later. There is white dust falling out the bottom which indicates the latex glue is no good, its also shed terribly since ive had it. Sent several emails to their customer services and been completely blanked. I'd be extremely careful ordering from this company as they have awful warranty, ignore you and their rugs are awful quality.

Always check the returns policy l ordered a rug from this company , it seemed a lot lighter in colour than was advertised , l Applied to send it back and was told I would have to pay £30 to return , the rug wasn’t much more than that !! So now I’m stuck with a rug I don’t like !! Never buy from there again

I wrote to say that the rug was unacceptable and the company states if you aren't happy with the purchase to return no questions. I had a very irate response asking for photos why and stating that it was not possible

My rug arrived within 2 days. Good service. It was a very nice rug, but unfortunately, it did not look good in my living room. The colours were not as I'd hoped from the photos, so I had to return it. The return fee of £24.99 is ridiculous and I don't know if I'd order from this company again because of that.

Just received a delivery from Rugs Direct ,l am really pleased with my rug, the quality and colour was excellent, it was packaged really well also.

Lovely runner for my kitchen. It's brilliant that it doesnt slip so it's very safe for the place I need it.
