My custom cushion looks exactly as it was pictured. The tracking information provided allowed me to see where it was at all times, from Mainland China until it arrived at my home in Kansas City.

Do not order from this company! They don’t tell you this when you look at their items but this is being shipped from overseas and it takes a very long time to get to you. Once my item arrived, I realized they sent me the wrong item, but instead of offering me a full refund and a free shipping label they just want to give me a 30% discount. Very unscrupulous company! Buyer beware!

I received my porch swing cushions and they fit perfectly. The company accommodated my needs by creating the right set of cushions to fit my swing. They are extremely well made and look pretty! I wish I could post a picture. Thanks Rulaer!

This product came packaged so nicely! It really is amazing! Product is great. Fit perfectly and much better on my back for sitting for many hours a day working from home. Great product I will use again should I need to in the future.

Sent my measurements and choices on fabric and finishes and they sent me back my beautiful bench seat. The ordering was easy and it shipped very quickly. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this company and have been very pleased with the results and quality. Be very sure of your measurements because I had my husband double check and I found a mistake on my part.

I ordered a white Krups Mini Expresso machine. There wasn’t confirmation nor after 3 days no shipping date. When I contacted customer service, I was told by seller the Krups will be shipped. What arrived was a black on!
I suspect seller resold the white one after I paid to get more $$$$
I’ll never shop with seller or the site.

Very nice company to work with. Great Communication. The quality of the product is very nice. I ordered chaise lounge cushions for my patio. I ordered 3" thick and really wish I had gone thicker. But they still look great. Also, make sure you order straps! I thought I did, but I somehow unchecked the box before submitting my order. Very bad move on my part. You will need the straps to hold the lounger cushions in place. One thing that I didn't expect was that the back and the bottom are not connected. I wish that had been an option. All in all, very happy!

I placed my order for a custom cushion and cover on 9/26/24. I received the order on 10/11/24. I notified them via email on 10/15/24 that the cover was the wrong color. They returned my email, acknowledged the error and stated they would send a replacement cover in the correct color. To date, 02/14/25 I have not received it nor will they return my email, calls or web page chats.

I ordered three custom cushions - they're perfect! The colors matched my hopes exactly, and the price was excellent. Couldn't be happier.
