chill and his coworkers got instantly onto my ticket! I recently made a new account, but had one before.. I had to reverify, but once I provided my old accounts email they reverified basically instantly! The sites support is a literal 10/10 | 3/15/26 (im not an indian)

I deposited $250 for my first ever experience with the website, I won 2800 gems and was very happy with that experience, until i first was forced to submit ID verification, then was PERMANENTLY BANNED for "Fraud FT" with no explanation from support whatsoever. This IS illegal, they have also been exposed to rig games and there are many similar cases to this of clear fraudulent bans just to try and penny pinch.

I just blew my mf load all over the screen and cashed out a profit of £100 (im down £4000) this month. Best site ever

Avoid Clash.gg at all costs. What I witnessed on November 29th, 2025 was blatant fraud. The roulette wheel landed on the third green, which was supposed to distribute the triple green pot — hundreds of people saw it — Everyone in the chat yelled scam. Yet the site issued no payout, provided no seed, no round record, nothing. The wheel just kept spinning like the event never happened. When I contacted support, they tried to gaslight me into saying it didn’t occur.

This isn’t a glitch. It exposes the truth: their ‘provably fair’ system is nothing more than a marketing smokescreen. They claim to use Random.org, but everything is clearly manipulated and controlled in-house. The moment the result doesn’t benefit them, it simply gets erased.

And this wasn’t an isolated event. I’ve had gems randomly vanish from my balance, payouts fail whenever the site has “technical issues,” and unexplained discrepancies happen constantly. These aren’t accidents — they’re patterns.

Clash.gg is not a trustworthy platform. The site is rigged, the fairness claims are fake, and players are getting scammed in broad daylight. Stay far away.

UPDATE: Support banned my account after calling them out for blatantly scamming people. They DO NOT use random org as they claim to and it was exposed by multiple former developers who came forward on what Hobbes has been doing! They are manipulating outcomes in-house, cherry picking seeds to favor the house. This is not speculation, it's absolutely verified by the seeds that were re-rolled and caught in videos and screenshots. A class action is now underway to get justice for all the years Hobbes has been scamming people and falsely claiming to use independent random org's name!

What You Should do NOW: If you have an account on either site, download ALL of your transaction data. This should include, deposits, skins, crypto, cash, credit card, etc. Gameplay history, etc.

You will receive notice to submit this information to prove you had interaction on the site for when legalities proceed.

Leur support est lent, évasif et ne propose aucune solution honnête.

Je déconseille fortement ce site, c’est une plateforme non fiable qui profite des utilisateurs sans respecter les règles de protection des consommateurs.

Une enquête a été transmise à Tremendous et je compte aussi signaler RustClash aux autorités compétentes (ANJ / DGCCRF).

Support was very helpful and had my issue resolved quickly and easily.

I contacted Lento support several times, and every single time they just copy-paste generic answers that don’t help at all. It feels like they don’t even read my questions. The support is slow, unhelpful, and clearly not interested in solving real issues. Extremely disappointing experience definitely not recommended.

Absolutely blown away with the response time and helpful and friendly team on board here not only have did I have minor issue that was on my end and was quickly solved by the support team but it was a pleasure doing so with the kindness and understanding that went along with it, would rate above the 20 out of 10 stars.

It is the worst page I have had the misfortune to know, I made a deposit of 100 dollars of which I lost 10, I withdrew my money and the next day they banned me without giving me a reason.
