I ordered furniture and paid dearly for it and Rustira never shipped the product. When I complained they said it was held up in customs and there was nothing they could do. Rustira took my money and never delivered. DO NOT BUY FROM RUSTIRA!
While assembling my vanity the wood on one end kept splitting as we tapped it together.
When contacting this company about the issue, I was told there was nothing they could do because they are in Vietnam, and I should take it to a qualified carpenter to repair it. I asked if they were going to reimburse me for the possible repairs and I have never heard from them again.
This vanity was made in Viet Nam and pictures and videos were emailed as it was made.
This took over a month to get to my home. Beware of this company, they don't tell you about Vietnam, shipping time, and warranties. It is a beautiful vanity.
Communication has been awesome. I requested some changes and they made them with no issues. Really great to work with! Still waiting for the final product as it’s on its way

BE CERTAIN TO READ this review. We were scammed out of $2,900 by this company. They are not in the US, they are over sea’s. We mistakenly placed an online order for one of their console tables and cancelled it within 45 minutes of placing the order once we realized the mistake.
We have several email correspondence going back and forth with them with written acknowledgement that that received our emails, cancellation request. Assuring us they would advise the SHOP site to give us a full refund. When the refund did not show up on our card we again had email exchanges with Rustira assuring us it will be refunded.
We eventually had to get our money back from our banking institution and they have taken up the dispute.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a full blown scam
I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel this company needs to be reported. I ordered two large vanities totaling over $5,000 and never received any response after payment was taken. Thank goodness I used my credit card so was able to dispute. Before placing the order, the company was very quick to reply to emails and answer questions. Once they had my money, communication completely stopped.
I have sent more than 10 follow-up emails requesting an update on my order and have received zero response. The phone number listed on their website goes to a Verizon number that does not exist, and the phone number on their Facebook page leads to the same result.
The website looks professional and has positive reviews, which is misleading given my experience. Based on the lack of communication, unreachable contact information, and no fulfillment of my order, I believe this company may be a scam. Please be cautious and do not purchase from them.
I don’t think this is a legitimate company. Charged me over $2,000 for a vanity that was never delivered. When I tried to get answers I was told “it got stuck in customs, reach out to your bank to get your money back”. Based in the Philippines. No way to get my money back and nothing to show for it! Horrifying and heartbreaking.
Ignoring emails on a $2,000 table! Have not received table!
We received our piece of furniture. Then within the month it started to crack.I sent pictures and no one answered. My advice ... do not buy anything. First of all when the furniture comes it does not look like the pictures. Secondly it falls apart. Really for 2000 dollars someone should put them out of business. They are a true scam
This company stole almost $2000 from me, did not ship anything and have ghosted me since early December. Others have reported to me the same experience.
Wood was far too dark. Much different than pictured. I had to pay a tariff to receive the sofa. No instructions. Only half of the hardware. Poor communication from seller. Never again.
The table arrived damaged in four places. I contacted the seller, who said customs people caused the damage when they opened and repackaged the table The table is quite heavy and also an awkward size. There was no way I would be able to return it internationally.
At first the seller offered no compensation. He then offered $100.
I am not certain first of all that the table can be repaired to new condition, but if it can, it will cost more than $100 for an experienced woodworker to fix it.
The seller expressed sympathies and did apologize, but a new table of this expense should not arrive in the condition it did.
