Ruth Pitts Estate Agent Reviews

My experience with Ruth Pitt, has been problem free, and simply all round good event.

We sold our home through Ruth Pitts within a day of it being listed, and the level of service we received was outstanding. From the very beginning, Ruth was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive, making what can be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable.

Ruth was reassuring, warm and committed. She was always available, providing clear guidance throughout, and handling every step of the process with real expertise. Her attention to detail and determination gave us 100% confidence that we were in the right hands.

Ruth genuinely cared about the outcome, and her dedication never wavered. We’re extremely grateful for her support and wouldn’t hesitate to use her again. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and highly capable estate agent.

I would fully recommend choosing Ruth and her team to help sell your property.

Ruth, John and Rachel were exceptional at all stages of the selling process. They were helpful in advising us through each step, going above and beyond in helping to resolve items which we needed to progress, with a no pressure approach. Any time we had a query we always received a prompt and professional response.

I’m delighted we went with Ruth and her team instead of choosing any other national chain.

Ruth provides an amazing personalised service and has really gone above and beyond to help us achieve our sale. Ruth was in contact with me most days to constantly update me and provide me with advice and go through our options. She was always available to talk anytime I needed her which really gave us confidence in her. She managed to get us an incredible amount of viewings even when the market wasn’t great. I really can’t recommend her enough and am really grateful for her time and effort.

Me and my partner are first time buyers and have recently had an offer accepted on a property which was listed with Ruth. From the first enquiry Ruth has been on the ball and has quickly responded to any queries we have had. As first time buyers we have been nervous in starting the process but Ruth has been such a great help and we couldn’t be more greatful for finding our dream property. Thank you so so much!🥰

Absolutely brilliant Estate Agent, we recently purchased a house and had a fantastic experience dealing with Ruth and her team, the accompanied viewer could not help us enough and everyone was so friendly and helpful every step of the way. Thank you

Ruth has great communication and makes sure she stays on top of things, she keeps you updated throughout the buying/selling process and doesn't mind if you ask a lot of questions. Great estate agent, would recommend her to anyone :)

I highly recommend Ruth, she has been very professional, prompt and has always been available. We sold our property the day after it went on the market and Ruth manages all the procedures very efficiently. I like the fact it’s her own business and she acts so quickly to get everything done.

As a first time buyer ruth was very helpful and patient, from viewing to offer accepted, smooth and seemless

Great service by Ruth, she made the process very quick and easy and was always available to answer questions. Highly recommend!

I originally intended on obtaining 3 quotes for agents to sell our property but as soon as Ruth visited I knew she was the right woman for the job so appointed her immediately - living local, knowing the area and being independent gives that personal level of service you won't get from a high street agent. Within 2 weeks of her initial visit the property was photographed, listed and sold - what more can you ask for? All you need to do is see the listings Ruth posts and compare against other agents to understand the quality of service you will receive. Definitely recommend - Ruth (and John) have been brilliant.
