Total scam from China, not a craftswoman in Arizona! Fake “gems”, stainless steel, and plastic! I did not receive all items ordered. Items not as described or pictured. Hopefully my credit card will not pay out. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

I wish I had checked the reviews ratings of this vendor before purchasing. I agree, not worth one star unfortunately - did not receive the merchandise pictured on the website. Buyer beware of advertisements on FaceBook, or any social media platforms - always be sure to check reviews and ratings of the vendor before purchasing.

Jewelry is a joke replica of what website shows, like kid pretend jewelry. Company gives false return address it’s awful

Junk jewelry. Total scam. Don't waste your money. The photos do not depict the actual product.

Product is out of a crackerjack box. Total scam. No real silver and poor customer service. Not as advertised ..,product is mailed from China

I'm normally very much on guard for scams, but the ad for Ruth going out business, along with gorgeous photos of her jewelry, and incredible prices, I fell for this scam. I've managed to never have fallen for a scam due to my general paranoia, but there's a first time for everything - lesson learned. I was suspicious as soon as I saw they were shipped from China - big red flag right there! Turns out the "gems" are plastic and who knows what the metal is. But the price is what you'd pay at a cheap mall jewelry kiosk, so it could have been worse.

Not even worth this one star! Total junk. They used the photographs and the verbage from a legitimate jeweler who is actually retiring. Her name is Ruth and I have purchased her beautiful handmade jewelry before, thus I fell for this scam. Lesson learned. Can't trust Facebook! Hope i can remove from my credit card.

Wish I had seen these reviews prior to making a purchase. The reviews are all true! Total crap jewelry - NOTHING like the photos that were on the website. Ruth is a fraud - will notify my credit card company.

After receiving the merchandise, I realized this company was a scam. I have notified the fraud with American Express.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. TOTAL FRAUD. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY ORDERED, CALL YOUR CC COMPANY NOW AND REPORT FRAUD. FALSE ADVERTISING, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. THERE IS NO RUTH IN ARIZONA!

I agree with the other reviewers. This jewelry is not handmade and is poor quality. What I received does not look like the photos. One set of earrings that was supposed to be silver came back was gold and earrings with supposedly green crystal came with orange. I would not buy from Ruth’s Gems again.

Should be NO stars! Stuff is GARBAGE! I just got conned out of $200! Like everyone else is saying….. I believed the “artisan story.” I would never have ordered from China. Hard, EXPENSIVE lesson learned. I hope they get what they deserve for their LIES!

Hard to understand that Ruth introduces herself as an artisan from
Arizona who is about to retire but her products ship from China. Am I to understand she produces her product then ships them from
Arizona to China to be warehoused until a purchase is made then sent back to the US for what looks like will be a month or more from ordering to delivery. Is that a fair representation of your business model?

Beware! Ruth’s Gems is a scam. I ordered a month ago and still have not received my items.

Unfortunately I did not see these true reviews prior to ordering jewelry.
This is cheap costume jewelry from China- Not Sterling, not gemstones!Not handmade!
Refund policy states to return to China- cost to return is more expensive than merchandise.
Deceptive marketing website- they need to be held accountable!

Item was pictured as silver, it was gold plate. In order to return it I'd have to ship it to China at a cost of $75. More than twice what I paid for the crap costume jewelry.
Avoid at all costs, Ruth's Gems is a scam.

Awful fake jewelry. I am so embarrassed I bought it and I can’t even give it away. Came from China and not made by the person I thought I was supporting. Disappointed.

Ruth doesn’t exist, junk from China!
