I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Ruti’s customer service and shipping. I’ve now had issues twice with orders being lost in the mail.
The first time, I ordered a pair of pants using the first-time discount code. The size ran large, so I returned them and reordered a smaller size, even paying extra for priority shipping. However, the package took forever to ship through FedEx and never arrived. When I contacted Ruti, they told me it had been lost in transit and refunded me.
I asked if they could at least provide a discount code so I could reorder the pants again since I had waited over 14 days with no update, but they refused. That was frustrating because I never even got to try the pants I had been waiting for.
Because the pants are so popular on social media, I decided to try again and placed a third order. Unfortunately, the same thing happened. I’ve been waiting since 11/28/2025, and today is 12/11/2025 at 9 PM. My FedEx tracking still says it will notify me when the shipment starts moving—which is exactly what happened with my second order.
Ruti’s customer service is not responding, and the automated email simply tells me to “be patient,” even though they’ve already taken my money and provided no real update. At this point, I feel I have no choice but to contact my bank and report a possible fraud issue.
This company has been extremely unfriendly and unhelpful, and the overall experience has been very frustrating.
