Installation of ground based solar pv array went ahead 2-3 weeks after acceptance of quote.

I had some concerns about the structure being built to support the array in terms of storm damage (we are exposed to the north) All my questions taken seriously and I am confident that structure is as robust as possible (4'' larch posts, bitumen treated at base, concreted in place. Fully braced with diagonal cross members)
Our 16 panel 6kW array with battery storage now seems to be producing electricity as expected. Time will tell how accurate predictions are for generation over a full year and effect on our bill.

Professional installation, on time, on the day they said. I'd cleared an area of my garage, to allow them to work. They left the area clean and tidy when they finished. Frazer helped with the installation of the Tesla app. to control and review the data coming from the Powerwall battery. And it's been well worth while too. During the first few weeks we've saved nearly a hundred Pounds by not taking electricity from the Grid. Excellent service!

A local company that I would highly recommend. From initial survey to install took around 3 weeks. The team arrived promptly and in good spirits, each member knew exactly what was to be done and each step was explained prior to being carried out.
After installation we wouldn’t have known they had been there. Efficient & Tidy, communication gets 10 out of ten.

Frazer and his team were superb. I have installed 16 panels, inverter and battery on my property. As the roof is quite high, the scaffolding was quite involved but the team worked through everything very safely and kept me informed on progress throughout the job. There were a number of challenges installing cabling under the house to link up internet in the garage and no job appeared to great to overcome. Throughout, they were punctual, honest, friendly and positive (which was commendable considering the terrible winter conditions). The whole system works and the panels are performing well. They were tested to the limit during an amber wind warning days after completion of the job! Highly recommend RW Bell to anyone considering a green energy solution

I had an amazing experience with RWBell. I was looking for a new PV system (22 panels and Tesla Powerwall 2 storage) for the house and got a very competitive proposal. I was so pleased with the proposal and couldn't believe the price difference with the other proposal I had. I thought the proposal was excluding labor but it turned out to be a complete installation. The installation went very smooth and the PV was up and running within a few days. I highly recommend RWBell to anybody wanting to get a PV system

Decided to get Solar panels but had heard about lack of response from local suppliers, a friend recommended contacting R W Bell.
Upon contacting them I received a prompt reply and a survey date was arranged within a week. Upon completion of survey a quotation was also promptly provided, and an early installation date agreed.
All in all a pain free experience dealing with R W Bell, professional, curteous, helpful, and efficient.

Pre installation customer service and sales advice excellent. Installation went very well, they guys kept to timescale and left no mess. User instruction both during and post installation was great and easy to follow.

Our only concern is the siting of the panels. We chose ground mount and we’re not currently convinced that they’re in the right location. Also the mounting structure is far higher than we expected. In hindsight we feel there should have been a more in depth discussion of this before the installation.

A very efficient installation of a new battery. From first contact the team were efficient and responsive. The installation took just a few weeks from request to working. Everyone was friendly willing and did their jobs well even after a long drive to get here.

We had a solar pv and battery storage system installed at the end of September 2023.
The whole installation process was carried out efficiently with the minimum inconvenience to us. All of the R W Bell personnel have been a pleasure to deal with.

Even though we are on the remote West Coast of Scotland a site survey was carried out and shortly afterwards 3 tradesmen arrived (Straun, Ross and Frazer) and installed our new system The installation work was of the highest standard and nothing was too much trouble.
