Legitimate Canadian site
Legitimate Canadian site - offers good prices. Very helpful customer service. Orders are put through fast. I've never had a problem receiving anything in the past few years I've ordered from them. Would definitely recommend.

RX was doing a great job
RX was doing a great job. Good delivery, great price. And then they got political. I paid my amount due, then they said that due to tariffs, I might have to pay a lot more. When the tariffs started, they were already 2 months behind in my delivery. And I never received my prescription.
Now it's 15 months after I paid. They don't answer my emails. I thought they were a great company who should have stayed OUT of politics.
They reminded me of the refill order, I paid it and then everything went sideways. I contacted them, by email, phone and only once they talked to me. I told that every country had bad politicians, but I did not put the tariffs on Canada. This is how it stands now. I paid, no prescription, and I asked nicely for my money back. They could have sent the pills from Canada instead of India and bypass the tariffs. But NO.

After reviewing our records, we found that your order, placed at the end of August 2025, was never charged. As a result, no refund was necessary. We encourage you to review your bank or credit card statements to confirm that no payment was processed.
Regarding your emails, we make every effort to respond to all customer inquiries. Our records indicate that your most recent email received a response within approximately four hours. While we strive to reply as quickly as possible, response times can vary depending on inquiry volume.
Finally, we'd like to clarify that the tariff-related communication was not intended to be political. It was sent to inform customers of potential government actions that could affect the importation of prescription medications. Once the tariffs were implemented, they applied regardless of whether medications were shipped from Canada or India, and there was no way to avoid their impact.

Customer service reached out and not only helped me with info, but offered great alternatives to get what I needed in no time.

RX Connected to the rescue!
RX Connected called me when I still had plenty of meds left. But I am TERRIBLE about remembering to reorder in time to keep from running out, and then I panic...the CS Rep offered to call ME back when I would be close to running low, and that's exactly what they did! They did me a huge favor by keeping me from running out on a very important med I take.

They always call to remind you when you need a refill. They are always courteous and kind on the phone. And they always explain everything they make refilling your prescription so simple.
