Do not use. Beyond incompetent.
I have been trying to get the pharmacy to request meds from my doctor for 2 weeks. I ended up acting as a go between trying to work out where the doctor was sending the scripts and why the pharmacy was not getting them. This is the third time it has taken 2 weeks to get scripts between them. 2 ½ weeks later I still don’t have my meds and have been off them for 2 weeks. The latest is that my credit card won’t run. I’ve had the same address on it for 7 years and am using it everywhere else with no problem. I confirmed the address 6 days ago and it’s taken them 6 days to tell me they gave a problem (I’m thinking they are running my shipping address instead but it’s not occurred to anyone to check that!) I have now had to send them a check as they don’t take Amex. Now they’ve called me (again!) and I missed the call so called back. I’ve been on hold 30 minutes trying to get through and find out what problem they have now. As u said this happens every 3 months when I need more meds. It is a disaster as they crash you off your meds. Beyond inept! Date if experience below…. It’s happened every 3 months and takes 2 ½ weeks to sort out. Which date would you like?

The customer support is very good
The customer support is very good. She was knowledgeable and helped me out with my script; she even called the dr for me to get refilled started. Delivery was just as they said and I had a tracking number to trace it. I just wish the medicine was a little cheaper but this is not your fault. It is still a manageable price . This company literally saved my daughter’s life . Once she turned 26 and I could no longer carry her on my insurance; the medication she had been on since age 13 was something we could not afford: >$3000 a month . With my insurance ; there was a pricey co-payment but we made it work . She must have name brand ; failed clinical trials ; and it really could mean the difference between life or death . We searched , advocated, begged and pleaded with pharmacies , the manufacturer, insurance companies … for months . FINALLY God led us here and I will forever be grateful. The staff are kind and knowledgeable. Been using this company for over a year now and never had one minutes trouble .
