I wish I could go higher but I have to say I have been very disappointed. As a first time buyer everyone told me I should use an advisor however my experience has not been great. Ryan told me right in the beginning that he would handle everything and talk me through the whole process. This has turned out to be a very stressful process as I have constantly had to chase for everything only to be told that he couldn’t speak to people on my behalf. I have had no direction and especially when getting my documents together, having documents rejected but not told why was very frustrating.

I was promised a lot in the beginning that just wasn’t delivered. I’ve paid a lot of money for a service that just wasn’t up to standard for the price.

Ryan is absolutely brilliant, keeps me up to date with the process, answers any questions I need answering and is very informative and is willing to search for the best deals!

Ryder & Dutton Mortgage Advice Bureau made life easy for me with regards to sorting my Mortgage out, and also helping me with Life Insurance and any Critical Illness Cover/Income Protection Cover that I may need. Meg Bell and Harriet Thompson made the whole Mortgage procedure hassle-free and stress-free, they did all the work for me and provided an excellent service. Meg Bell kept in contact with me throughout the whole process, letting me know any updates and was always responsive to any queries I had. I really appreciate the help you gave me, and just want to say thank you so much for making the whole process stress-free and easy to understand, from start to finish. As a first-time buyer, there was a lot of information I was being asked, and given, and it could have got quite complicated if Meg hadn’t have helped - so thank you very much! I was then put onto Harriet Roberts, to help discuss what policies would be best for me - again it was all made simple and easy to understand with regards to me choosing the right Life Insurance/Critical Illness Insurance/Income Protection cover - Harriet and her admin Abi Jacques were always available to help if ever I needed to speak to them.
