Ry Group did a re-wire at my new house in Horley as well as fitted a new boiler.
The overall experience was excellent from start to finish, from the initial communications with the office to the dealings with the engineers.
Would highly recommend their service
Heating - New Thermostat
Called Ry Group round to look at my grandmothers heating during a cold spell.
Engineer James was very helpful and knowledgeable - supplied and installed a new wireless thermostat, mounted it on the wall and explained to my grandmother how to use it.
She is now much happier in being able to control the temperature of the house with a simple effective product well installed.

I recently had Rygroup around to replace the lights in my childrens bedroom. They done a great job and provided excellent advice on what type of lights they would recommend. The guy who carried out the work was extremely attentive and professional as well as polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend and will certainly use Ry again in the future.
New Boiler Installation
We had a new boiler installed to our property along with some replacement radiators. Very professional engineers and helpful office staff. Would highly recommend.

Had the Ry group fit us a new boiler, which they managed to squeeze in the next day as there is vulnerable people in the property.
Really happy with the service, the engineers were clean, tidy and very polite.

New shower room
Recently had a whole new shower room installed at my new house by the very good team at Rygroup. From the first initial contact and arranging someone to come along and quote for the works I immediately was blown away by the detail and enthusiasm the guy showed. The work has turned out better then me and my wife could ever have imagined and that's thanks to all the team. I would highly recommend this company.
aggressive and unhelpful
i’ve used this company 2 times lovely plummer however office aggressive and on the defensive when i tried to get help with a kitchen sink that they fixed and then installed new taps.
it was less than a year ago granted only by a few weeks but they say they are guaranteed for a year but bully boy aggression has put me off as they are implying i’ve done something and there’s no way they are responsible. owner ended up calling but same unhelpful attitude, why say a year then try to make you feel small for saying so, i’m not physically able to deal with people being unhelpful and will find someone else to have a look.

Boiler had broken down
Called the RyGroup to get someone out to our faulty boiler
They managed to get an engineer out same day. The engineer Daniel who was very professional, knowledgeable and was also able to get our boiler back up and running within the hour. Such a great service from calling the office to getting our boiler back working again

We have a leak issue in our home which has in turn partially damaged part of our hallway. This was connected with an issue with our downstairs shower. We called this company based on the feedback we found on Checkatrade to help us locate and solve the issue. The first visit to provide a “diagnostic” took about an hour but cost me £170. Was advised that sealant was needed around the valve part and should solve the problem. It didn’t.
They then advised that a new part is needed and with the new part alongside labour an extra £182.26 is needed. Labour was advised to be for 1.5 hours but the gentleman only was on our property for 30 minutes. Part was fitted but no joy with fixing the problem.
We were then advised a new washer part was needed. However after continuous chase up phone calls etc. was then out of nowhere given a further quote advising a whole new shower unit is needed to the cost of £577 with labour. No phone cal to advise or update on the washer just this.
This issue has been on going since 8th December 2023 and is still ongoing.
To conclude I would avoid this company at all costs and would rather go with local tradesman. Do not fall into the same trap I did.
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs, spent £237.60 just to get my bathroom sink plumbing redone. Took the guy 3 hours to do this and most the time was spent with him faffing saying he doesn't have the parts only for me to look right down and show him the part.
The plumbing ended up leaking so I managed to remove all the work he had done and fit it myself and only took me 30 mins and no leak. Just wish I had the confidence to do this before spending the £237. Tried to contact the company for a refund, but they really didn't help at all and said I should have called them out so they could repair. Honestly, I really didn't want them round again if a complete amateur could do the work to a better standard after only watching a few youtube videos.

Definitely AVOID if you had other choices
Had my boiler diagnosed and serviced by them at the end of June. Called them again two days ago since the boiler had pressure issue when the heating started working. The engineer came and found the filling valves were partially open which caused the pressure to creep up over time. All he did was turned off the valves and measured my shower tiles(which I was going to ask them for more services)
Received bill of Boiler diagnostic of £118. They claimed it's been three months and they are not the only one had access to the valves although I didn't touch the boiler at all and I was barely home during the summer nor used the boiler.
When I called to discuss the charge, they told me to wait for their confirmation with the engineer and charged the full amount of £118 next day without any further communication. They even said they could've charged me more for my boiler service in June like did me a favor(?!)
Avoid the company, that's the only thing I can say.
