Beaware they are scammer, i am going to court and filing a case on them. They stole my .com domain and our app is down from 3 days which resulting declining our SEO Ranking

My personal experience: I purchased a .com domain using a coupon code promoted in a video. After making the payment, the domain remained pending. Later, I was informed that a 1-year hosting plan was required for activation. I requested a refund because I did not want the hosting plan, but my refund request was declined.

The company stated that the hosting requirement and refund policy were mentioned in their terms and promotional material. However, I believe this requirement should have been made much clearer before payment and checkout.

Very disappointing experience with this hosting provider.

My domain bhupsa.com was working perfectly with the correct name server settings. However, the name servers were reverted to default settings from the provider's side without any notice, causing my website to go offline. The site has now been down for more than two weeks.

What is even more frustrating is that the company advertises 99.99% uptime, yet my website remains inaccessible. I have made multiple calls and sent several messages to customer support, but there has been no response or assistance from their team.

A hosting provider's first responsibility is to ensure website availability and provide timely customer support. Unfortunately, neither expectation has been met in my case.

Trash hosting services, trash VPS performance, and the shittiest customer service alive. worst indian scam company. Dont puy products from them. No proper refund process either.

Someone keeps changing my nameservers even though only I have access to the account. This issue has happened multiple times and seriously concerns me about the security of my domain and account.

I opened a support ticket asking them to investigate who made the changes, when it happened, and why it keeps happening. Instead of properly resolving the issue, the ticket was removed/closed without a clear explanation.

Now my website is down because of these unauthorized changes.

For a company focused on security and reliability, this experience has been extremely frustrating. Support should investigate account activity/logs properly instead of closing tickets without providing a real solution.

I am satisfied with service given by Rytehost. The customer support is available online all time. Initially took some time to understand the system now it is very smooth and effective working. I highly recommend to go with VPS service of Rytehost.

They are fake.. when i paid for a server then they started sending message. They will ask to w8 for sometime to get the server link but that time will never come and after 1 month they will send you mails to pay again.. Highly recommend is they are scamers.

Guys let me bring some information for you guys about this scammer, he is nikhil kumar from pathankot, chandigarh also he is just a school going kid, how have nothing to do with serious business that's why he is hiding his information to share because he know tomorrow he will close this and move to job without any loss so don't waste your time and money over just a school going kid who is jumping on him father's money

Plus point he tried youtube with gaming failed he tried business failed he also failed and failed in academics as well he is NCC candidate so he have this attitude thinking his friends will help him in all fights but don't know his friends will also don't like him all his information shared by his friends only

They claim if you not satisfied you can 7 day money back. I applied for money back they told we can't.

I purchased the domain last year. When I attempted to renew it, I was informed that the renewal cost would be over ₹10,000, which is far higher than the standard renewal price for a .com domain (usually around ₹1,000–₹1,500 with other providers such as GoDaddy).

I contacted the support team multiple times before the domain’s expiry date and requested assistance in either renewing it at a fair market rate or transferring it to another registrar. However, my requests were not accepted, and I was informed that the renewal price could not be reduced.

Completely, they cheated me. I emailed the Chandigarh cybercrime portal, but they did not reply.

You pay for the hosting and it keep pending , whatsapp support is a disaster he keep answer you with words such as " kkk" "nothing" "kkk" all the time then stop answering

This feels like a side project; the support takes atleast 24 hrs, you pay for their VPS, and they don't activate or respond to your support requests.

The host is good as compared to other host the support is well and always active. I like their affordable cloud hosting

मेरा RyteHost.net के साथ अनुभव बेहद ही घटिया रहा है। मैंने लगभग 4 महीने पहले इनसे होस्टिंग खरीदी थी, लेकिन इस पूरे समय में मेरी वेबसाइट ठीक से कभी लाइव ही नहीं हुई। जब भी मैं इनके सपोर्ट से संपर्क करता, तो ये हमेशा 3–4 दिन तक बस "वेट कीजिए" बोलते रहते और कभी भी समस्या का समाधान नहीं करते।

हाल ही में, जब मैंने खुद सीखकर जैसे-तैसे अपनी साइट लाइव की, तो इन्होंने मेरी होस्टिंग को बिना किसी चेतावनी के टर्मिनेट कर दिया। वजह बताई कि आपकी साइट की वजह से सर्वर डाउन हो रहा है। जबकि मेरी साइट ठीक से बनी भी नहीं थी और ना ही उस पर कोई ट्रैफिक था। ये तो बस एक बहाना था मुझे टर्मिनेट करने का।

3 महीने तक तो cPanel तक लॉगिन नहीं हो पा रहा था और वेबसाइट की स्पीड इतनी स्लो थी कि खुलने में ही मिनटों लग जाते थे। ये लोग सिर्फ 20 या 100 रुपये में अपनी होस्टिंग प्रमोट करके नए लोगों को फंसा लेते हैं, और फिर उनको सर्विस देने के नाम पर कुछ नहीं करते।

मैं 6 महीने से बैकअप इंस्टॉल करने को कह रहा था, लेकिन इन्होंने हर बार कोई न कोई बहाना बनाया। जब मैंने खुद सीखकर साइट लाइव की, तो इनसे देखा नहीं गया और साइट ही बंद कर दी।

इनका मालिक पहले भी कई टेक ग्रुप्स में गाली-गलौच कर चुका है। यह एकदम ही गैर-पेशेवर और घटिया कंपनी है। हर दिन एक नया फेक एरर बताकर लोगों की वेबसाइट चलने ही नहीं देते। इनका काम ही यही है कि कोई साइट इनकी होस्टिंग पर न चले।

मैं सभी को सलाह दूंगा कि RyteHost.net से दूर रहें। यह एक घटिया और धोखेबाज़ होस्टिंग कंपनी है जो सिर्फ समय और पैसा बर्बाद करती है।
