A minha experiência com a Hantec foi extremamente dececionante.

Passei as fases de avaliação, operei sempre a mesma estratégia e o mesmo ativo (XAUUSD) e segui o meu plano de trading de forma consistente. Quando solicitei um saque, a empresa alegou "atividade de negociação coordenada" (copy trading), uma acusação que rejeito totalmente, pois sempre tomei as minhas decisões de forma independente.

O que mais me desiludiu foi a falta de provas concretas que demonstrassem que copiei operações de outro trader. A explicação apresentada baseou-se apenas em semelhanças entre operações, o que, na minha opinião, não é suficiente para concluir que houve copy trading, especialmente quando muitos traders utilizam estratégias semelhantes.

Perdi completamente a confiança na empresa e, por esse motivo, não voltarei a adquirir desafios da Hantec nem a recomendá-la a outros traders.

Esta foi a minha experiência pessoal.

A minha experiência tem sido ótima com a Hantec, nunca tive problemas algum e recomendo para quem procura uma Prop firma, e o seu pessoal do suporte é muito rápido e prestativo na resolução dos problemas em especial o suporte, Miguel F. Um abraço.

I'm trading in their platform for 6 months and for now the experience is very good. The evaluation process and the rules are clear.

The spreads and order execution are consistent, something important in trading.

Also they have a marvelous support answering quick and helping if you have any doubt on your trading journey.

Today, I received a payout of over $2,300 from my Hantec Trader 100K 3-Step Endurance Funded Account.

From the trading environment to the customer support and the speed of payouts, Hantec Trader has provided an excellent service. It is a prop firm that I can truly trust.

I am a trader from Japan, and many Japanese traders around me are now starting their own challenges with Hantec Trader.

As you may know, Japan is a country where trains and even bullet trains arrive almost exactly on time. Because of that, we Japanese people tend to be very particular about punctuality! 😄 Even so, I have been genuinely impressed by the speed and quality of Hantec Trader's support team.

They helped me throughout the entire process, including KYC verification when I became a funded trader and answering my various questions regarding payouts. In particular, Mr. Miguel Ferreira repeatedly provided fast, professional, and friendly email support whenever I needed assistance.

I would highly recommend Hantec Trader to anyone who has become tired of moving from one prop firm to another, as well as to traders who are thinking about making the transition from traditional FX trading to prop trading.

I joined Hantec Trader because it is backed by Hantec Markets. Unfortunately, I could not continue my journey because they stopped providing services to Malaysian traders and closed my account.

I appreciate that Hantec Trader handled the situation fairly and gave me a full refund quickly. My only suggestion is that existing customers should be informed before this kind of policy change. If I had not checked and noticed the change myself, I could have wasted more time on the challenge.

Overall, I appreciate the opportunity and experience with Hantec Trader. I hope they can accept Malaysian traders again in the future.

Payout rejected/denied. Account got banned after requesting a $4k reward.

Email sent by Hantec Trader:

We hope you are well today.

Upon review of your trading account we have detected a prohibited strategy occurring, we are unable to provide further information and specifics due to detection methods. You can refer to section 7.2.C for our listed prohibited strategies and practices.

As a result of this, your payout request has been rejected and account has been closed - services have been permanently restricted.

Review:
This is unacceptable as a prop firm. Took my effort and time to trade for the profits and consistency score has been achieved, reflected as green in their consistency indicator.

When requesting for payout, Hantec Trader refused to pay and just ban my account. Tried replying to their email but there's no response.

We as traders may leverage with prop's simulated account but it is outrageous to scam our money this way without a proper explanation. If it is outright breach of clear forbidden practice with proof, I do understand. However, hiding the ban behind some firm privacy policy without letting traders like us know the reason is nothing but just outright scam.

After reading the other trustpilot reviews, I am quite sure Hantec Trader will response with a templated reply. I know I could not do anything much but I hope this review will bring attention to future new traders to carefully select their prop firms before proceeding.

Good luck to the other traders and I hope this review will serve as a warning to others.
