Smart Seal Energy Solutions Limited originally called and made an appointment to check the serious problem that I have breathing in our bathroom, also kitchen and hallway (not so bad) for 24th in the afternoon, Then yesterday phoned me to cancel it as there are tenants without heating. BUT now they can't do until the the morning of the 30th December when I have a crucial dental appointment. NOW they are advising me that they can't come here until 2nd January.

DO NOT USE! They have taken my roof off and disappeared with my money & now I have no roof on my whole house, water damage & holes in ceilings in nearly every room.
Matt, Jay & Ben Harvey the boss absolute scammers, do not believe anything that comes out of the bosses mouth he just lies right to your face, I found this out once he had done a runner. I now have to find another roofer / builder to sort this mess out & am having to cancel my once in a lifetime holiday because of another lying scumbag in the building trade

Turned up late in a car not van no ladder to get into the loft obviously not professional as didn't wear any safety goggles masks did the removal sub standard after inspection didn't clean up said they had forgotten vacuum cleaner left 60+ bin liners full of sprayfoam they had been payed to dispose payed immediately after they said they had finished they left and 1 week later I had to dispose of the bags myself after numerous unanswered calls DO NOT USE THEM

They were very thorough in their approach and worked very hard to achieve the desired results. We needed spray foam removing from our loft in order to sell the house. Our QS signed the work off so we could sell the property. Great manners and very hardworking.

Can't recommend enough. Struggled to remortgage my property due to spray foam and SSES gave me a quote that was much better than everywhere else I tried. Ben and Leighton were a pleasure to have around, very polite and professional and made sure to tidy up after themselves.

I had spray foam removed in my loft and superfoil installed today. The team were incredible tidy and polite and the young man in particular was very helpful explaining everything that was going on. I would highly recommend this company they did a great job, no mess and good pricing.

I have reached out to smart seal over Facebook last week in regards to removing spray foam from the loft as I was trying to remortgage the property and without removing the foam this could not be done, Gergo was very professional explaining in detail what needed to be done so that my property would pass the check in order to re mortgage my house, Ben removed the foam which took 3 days with a young guy, they were extremely professional from start to finish, they have cleaned up after themselves and left me with the certification, highly recommend this family run business, their prices are way below everyone that I have ever got quotes from.
