Clear communication, prompt service
Clear communication, an item I ordered was not in stock but promptly refunded. That doesn't affect my rating as these things happen and it was sorted quickly and was even compensated for shipping. Good delivery too.

Brush problem.
The paint is OK, but I'm quite disappointed with the brush. It didn't hold enough paint to get around the curve of an 8" capital D, so I had to do 2 strokes, which wasn't great. It will be OK for other painting though.
