They have robbed money from my bank 3 times . In Dec Jan and now again today. I ordered a lip liner in November as a gift and there robbing me since. I have not ordered and they keep charging me for the same lip liner. All without my consent. If I do not have a full refund for all monies taken I'm contacting my solicitor. How dare they.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered their eyeshadow and my receipt total after tax was $17.50 with free shipping. I payed through my Venmo account and saw they somehow ended up charging me $47.17 after making my transaction. Maybe this was somehow an honest mistake (doubt it) but it’s a big one and I will never order from this company again.

I have been watching Sarah on YouTube since day dot and when I had enough money I was excited to support her business. I placed my order on 10 Feb and realised 11 days after that I didn’t get a tracking number so I emailed customer service - they told me it would take 7-14 business days to ship. So I was patient and waited. Then I emailed again on 26 Feb - no reply, then on 1 March - no reply, then again on 5 March asking for a refund - no reply. I also sent Sarah and SACHEU a DM on Instagram asking for help - no reply. Then I finally just gave up and realised they were not going to reply or give me a refund, so I claimed a refund on PayPal. They then replied to me on 13 March gaslighting me saying the order couldn’t be shipped on time…and they have graciously approved my request for a refund. Safe to say after that I will not be buying again due to the poor experience.

Very bad experience. I bought 3 lip liners after seeing thousands of ads, I was very excited. I finally received my package to see that it was already open and there was only one lip liner in it. I contacted the customer care and have had no response whatsoever. I paid £35 to get these three lip liners and now the money is all gone. The quality is also quite bad, it doesn’t stain my lips as expected, probably just a slight red tint and goes away in couple hours, so disappointed, I will never buy again from this company and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Terrible. Did not receive my package. It's been 4 months and no explanations, no refund. Customer service will in most cases just not answer, of they do it's barely helpful. This might actually be the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Do not -under no cirumstsnces- order from them.

I really liked p-inked and muah-ve though, I use them as lip liners. They have since this review resolved the issues that I had and sent a replacement for noodhe which I appreciate.

I ordered a peel-off lipliner and the delivery time is supposed to be 7-14 buisness days. It took them a MONTH to deliver my package, and when they did, they made me pay 6 dollars to claim it. keep in mind ,the whole purchase itself was 10 dollars + 15 dollars shipping. If that wasnt the worst part, the moment i got money in my bank account, they took my whole basket and bought it (without my consent) in the middle of the night. I was not planning on buying any of those things ,since i forgot about this whole website. I contacted my bank afterwards and they asked for a screenshot of Sacheu's response to my gmail to them, but funny thing, they never responded. I had to get a new card, so they wouldn't be able to charge it again.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. This company charged me for an order I never placed, and now they're claiming the item is non-returnable. That’s not just poor service — it’s fraud.
I've contacted my bank to dispute the charge and report this issue. Avoid this company at all costs. Their practices are completely untrustworthy.

I ordered 2 months ago and still haven’t received anything from them, only automatic email responses, I requested for a refund and they keep insisting that they ll ship the product in two days, since the beginning of March and now we re in May. They have an ai responding , it’s really annoying, worst customer service I have ever seen by far.

I placed an order with Sacheu Beauty at the end of January 2025 and have experienced nothing but frustration and disappointment ever since.
After receiving only part of my order, I contacted their customer support multiple times. I was promised several times over mail that the missing item would be shipped within 48 hours. Those promises were broken again and again.
I patiently followed up over weeks and months. Every time, they apologized, escalated the issue internally, and reassured me that shipment was imminent. On April 10th, they again promised that the missing product would ship within 1–2 business days and offered a 30% discount code for future purchases as compensation. Nothing happened.
After escalating the issue once more on April 23rd, I was offered a 20% partial refund and told the missing item would finally be shipped. As of today, April 29th, I have still received no tracking number, no delivery, and no refund.
Despite repeated promises, Sacheu Beauty has consistently failed to follow through, ignored deadlines, and left me with an unresolved order after almost four months. Their customer service, while polite, has been completely ineffective. I gave them every opportunity to fix the situation, warning them several times that I would escalate if no action was taken, but no real action ever followed.
I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. If you choose to order from them, be aware that you may not receive your full order, and that customer support may not resolve the issue even after months of patience.

Dog shit customer service and such a mess around. I ordered last year and had no issue but re-ordering the products (to AUSTRALIA mind you) nothing was dispatched, I waited over a month, they said they’d refund me for the entirety of the purchase and I could keep the products as “good will”- yet I haven’t received my full refund or received any products??? They sent me $35 AUD back for the shipping cost (I’m still $65 AUD out of pocket) and no one is getting back to me. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

The most incompetent and problematic shop Ive ever ordered from. The delivery was delayed but I never received a message for the delay. It took them 3 months to ship. Also if you order from them BEWARE of the trap. They are gonna make you subscribe order your items. I have now paid over 90€ for something that came late, didnt want and cant even return. Thats the scammiest and worst service ever. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!
