I HAVE HAD TWO ORDERS FROM SACLA AND HAVE
BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE TAKEN WITH REGARD TO PACKAGING ESPECIALLY AS ONE ORDER WAS FOR A SPECIAL GIFT HOWEVER I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN SACLA I HAVE HAD TWO EMAILS REGARDING PROMOTING FATHERS DAY
I DID EMAIL SACLA TO SAY THAT THEY SHOULD
BE SENSITIVE TO CUSTOMERS WHO NO LONGER HAVE THEIR FATHERS WITH THE
CHOICE OF "OPTING OUT" (OTHER COMPANIES
DO THIS) MY EMAIL HAS BEEN IGNORED, THIS
DOES NOT ENCOURAGE ANY FURTHER PURCHASE.

This was my first order with Sacla, although I have bought their products previously from my local supermarket. I am so impressed with the whole experience. The ease of navigating their website and placing my order. They're Customer Service, delivery time, packaging and quality of the items I have tried. It worked out cheaper for me to buy directly from them and I will do so again. Excellent job thanks to Karl and the whole team at Sacla!

Love the Sacla pesto and range of products, particularly the green pesto above all. They seem to have pretty good longevity if kept in fridge, sometimes up to 5-7 days for me, but best check label to be sure. Nice balance in flavour, and low salt/sugar content. Online order service pretty good as well, have been long time customer so can definitely recommend them from my personal experience having bought their products regularly etc.

Super impressed, food brand with integrity and such exceptional customer care. I had an issue with one of the Pestos and Sacla responded very quickly and resolved to the issue to my satisfaction. The order was carefully packaged with a nice note and the vegan pesto was tasty and of decent quality. Its refreshing to find a food company that takes pride in its produce but also one that values its customers opinion as well. Keep up the good work.

Very happy with my first order (of many to come!), from Sacla.

Ever since I discovered Cipriani virgin Bellini's a couple of years ago I've bought them for myself as a treat. I originally purchased from another UK website who offered free delivery over £50 however, their customer service was poor when there was an issue with one of my orders and their free delivery order minimum rose. I was pleased to find Sacla stock the drink as well as loads of other great Italian produce, with only a £30 spend necessary for free delivery.

The website is a joy to navigate with lots of exciting products. Delivery was fast and reliable. My order was well packaged and included a gift which I'm extremely grateful for. Thank you.

Just a lovely experience which shines at the moment amongst lots of companies who aren't providing even the basics

Items received were not what I ordered . Superb customer service from Lorna , why cant all customer services be like Lorna @ Sacla ? Their Italian foody offerings taste gorgeous too !

I have recently used Sacà.co.uk to send a gift to a friend. It was promptly dispatched and handed over to FedEx which had trouble to deliver it smoothly. However it was all sorted in less than 12 hours and my friend received her present (a bottle of olive oil) and customer service was simply impeccable.
Alison in customer service was so polite and keen to resolve the issue that I must say I really never experienced a better customer service in my life... and I work within that field!
Definitely recommend it.
Also they got awesome lines for gifting!! Thanks Alison and thanks Saclà, see you soon!
