I booked a room, which was a non-refundable purchase. Fair. But upon booking, the hotel requested a security deposit of £500 which was not mentioned anywhere before the booking. Then you wouldn't believe it, when I arrived to check-in to pay for my security deposit, their card machine was showing error 6 times, nothing showed up on my bank's side, I even contacted my bank and there was no pertaining issues with my card. The hotel's receptionists were being so unhelpful and had a stink attitude and would not accept any other ways of payment for the security deposit. So in the end I lost my booking and they won't issue me a refund.They won't even try compensate me for the loss when the issue was entirely out of my hands. Fraudulent service that I would not recommend to anyone

Very nice nice stay. Friendly and everything worked perfect. Highly recommond the place to stay if you travel to Jersey.

Friendly, welcoming staff who are always happy to help and it's reception is staffed 24/7. The rooms are fantastic, I've stayed in the studio apartments and the 1 bedroom apartments and both were spacious, with a contemporary design and very clean. The apartments have big comfortable beds, large LCD TV, lovely bathroom and (most importantly, for me at least) a full kitchen with fitted fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. Much better rooms than any of the standard hotel chains and for the same money. I would highly recommend staying here.

Btw...I also saw air conditioning being installed, starting with the 3rd and 4th floor and working it's way down I believe.

Bad service at SACO Bath. Running out of hot water and the crew blamed me for showering too long, what a joke.

I have been staying with SACO Nottingham from past four months (March2017) and shall be continuing for more couple of months with my Family.. Its close to City Center and has nice view. Robin Hood castle is also on walking distance just 8 min.
The apartment is big and lavish appointed with oven, four ring hob, microwave, dish washer, washing machine/dryer, ironing board, iron, hairdryer and plenty of crockery etc. Lots of towels also, and nice crisp bed linen. Shower is good and hot.
SACO Staff is extremely friendly and they are very helpful all the time.
It really is a great location and there are lots of excellent restaurants as well as Pubs nearby. I can highly recommend this apartment.

We have had poor communication despite paying extra 90 pound for car parking.

Day 2
And having paid £690 for five nights accomadation for a SERVICED appartment with self catering facilities the kitchen is poorly equipped. The saucepans are too small to boil pasta for two, there is no chopping board and we were missing two plates. Reception does not respond to the phone and so I have had to appear in person to get any service. The free broadband is inadequate so you need to pay extra for a decent service.
