NO costumer service and poor quality

Really bad costumer service, I reached out to them with a ring that completely broke into two pieces. I’ve barely even worn it, and it’s only about two months old.
It’s really poor quality, which is such a shame since it’s a beautiful piece (design wise).

But there’s zero respond from the costumer service via. Email, and everything just seems a little shady tbh.
If they wanted happy costumers, they would answer asap and try to solve the problem.

I am very disappointed, cuz I really wanted to like this brand and I feel like I gave them a fair chance to prove their customer care.

Not very happy with this whole situation, so watch out with shopping here. Wouldn’t at this point recommend.

I ordered 3 bangles in bright orange

I ordered 3 bangles in bright orange, bright green and bright pink. The delivery was very long. I even thought the package got lost. It arrived today and what a disappointment, the colors are not at all what they look like on the website. And the quality is nothing special. You can get nicer and 1/2 price from Zara. It was quite a disappointement. When I shared that with them, they were very quick to tell me the return will be payable by me. I was quite shocked as I did not order these specific items but some much brighter advertised on the web.

We’ve looked into this carefully, including reviewing the images you shared with our team. Based on our product photography and the images you provided, the colours of the bangles appear consistent — keeping in mind natural differences due to lighting, screen brightness, and individual perception.

While we understand your reference to the colours as “bright,” our product names (Kiwi, Rosa, and Arancia) do not include that term, nor do we advertise them as such. That said, we’re sorry if the tones didn’t meet your expectations.

Regarding the return process: our website clearly outlines that return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless an item arrives damaged or faulty — in which case we fully cover the return. As the pieces received match what was ordered and are not faulty, this would fall under preference rather than an error on our part.

We also appreciate your comment on delivery time. Shipping to Spain is estimated at 3–7 business days, and we’ve confirmed your order was delivered on the 7th business day. While this was within our stated timeframe, we always aim to deliver as fast as possible and apologise if this felt longer than expected.

Lastly, we’re really saddened by your comment comparing our jewellery to fast fashion retailers. SAEGE is a small, independent brand committed to designing high-quality, long-wearing pieces — and feedback like this, while taken seriously, can be disheartening for a growing team that puts genuine care into each order.

Did not receive my order that was…

Did not receive my order that was supposed to be delivered on 20th of June. I was on vacation and just returned, but did not find the package or a note.

Lovely necklace

Lovely necklace, just a shame that there are lots of cheaper exact copies available ie Amazon! I thought i was buying something unique! Must say it’s put me off wearing!

Their products are beautiful

Their products are beautiful, I ordered a stunning necklace for my holiday and it arrived very quickly and I loved it, so I went on to buy some bangles they were offering buy 2 get 1 free, however delivery wasn’t as quick and as I also wanted these for my holiday, I started to panic. I contacted customer service and they were very good at keeping me informed. Bangles did arrive yesterday in time for my holiday and they are stunning.

It nearly took 3 weeks for delivery

It nearly took 3 weeks for delivery, when it was delivered I only had one product out of four arrive.
The bangle that did arrive is beautiful and looks well made. It’s a shame that the delivery is long and you don’t get everything you ordered.

Took forever to arrive! Not the best quality!

Took forever to arrive!
Not the best quality glad I bought them with the offer of 3rd item free.
When opening the box the necklaces (both of them) we all knotted and tangled they’d just been put in the box not placed in the sponge for them to avoid this. Still for £30 per necklace (I bought 2 one as a gift) and a pair of earrings for £60 I don’t think the quality is there. Shame!
