Quality and look was awful, looked like something you could buy from Clare’s Accessories for £5.
Extremely disappointed threw it straight in the bin

I live on a military base, and they were not able to deliver my package. I reached out to Saege for a different option on the “Contact Us” link on the website and did not hear back. This was my first time ordering and I was very interested in my order but disappointed about all this.

The earrings are exactly as pictured, pretty, simple, and elegant. They arrived quickly, with a lovely box

I recently made an order for 3 beautiful bangles, a day later realizing I chose one of the wrong colours so I sent an email asking what could be done. The service was AMAZING! I got replied to immediately and assured they would change my item no issue. The team is so pleasant to deal with! Also my 3 bangles arrived in the sweetest packaging and they are stunning! They look exactly like online. 10/10 recommend and I will be ordering more!!

Ordered on June 10th and received it on July 5th. Tracking link that was sent wasn't working - not a trustworthy fact as well. Quality is worse than expected and had to pay for return. Also, the return address is not posted on the site, but is sent by e-mail.

Ordered an Initial necklace, took an eternity to arrive. The quality isn’t as good as I’d hoped for the money and it’s not as big as it looks on the website either. It’s nice enough just feel it’s over priced and not sure how long it’ll last.

I got an email to leave a review but it’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t even received the necklace. And I emailed yesterday but haven’t heard back on where it is. It was a gift for a birthday has now past so at this point I don’t even want the necklace.
