I recently travelled for Umrah for 10 days with Safar E Kaaba UK, and I can honestly say my experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. With everything going on recently, especially the war crisis affecting the UAE, many layover flights have been getting cancelled left, right, and centre. My initial flight to Qatar was unfortunately cancelled, which was understandably stressful and quite devastating. However, I felt reassured knowing I was in good hands. Within just a few days, Brother Asad managed to arrange an alternative flight that matched all my original requirements. Alhamdulillah, everything went smoothly after that with no issues at all, by the grace and will of Allah.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our first Umrah. From the very beginning, Mahir from Safar E Kaba was outstanding. As soon as I expressed interest in going, he went above and beyond to find the best deals and the most suitable hotels in Makkah and Madinah for me and my family.
As it was our first time, we had a lot of questions, but Mahir made everything so easy. He stayed in constant contact throughout the whole process, explaining every step clearly and making sure we felt confident and prepared. On the day we were leaving, he checked in to make sure we had everything in place and that all arrangements were confirmed.
What really stood out was his support during the trip itself. Mahir checked in with us daily while we were in Makkah and Madinah, ensuring our transfers, hotels, and overall experience were running smoothly and that we were happy with everything.
Whenever we needed anything, he was quick to help. When we realised we needed an Umrah guide, he arranged one for us the very same day. We also needed to upgrade our baggage (we did a bit too much shopping for abayas!), and he handled it immediately without any stress on our side.
He made sure we had all the necessary documents well in advance and encouraged us to double-check everything, which meant we avoided any issues during our trip.

Very disappointing hotel. It claims to be 3–4 stars but feels like a 1-star. Prices are too high for such poor service. Staff are not responsive and do not answer calls. The location information is misleading, and they may increase the package price after booking. They also handled flight bookings poorly—everything was promised nicely at the start, but during departure they didn’t allow cabin baggage as expected, which was very frustrating. Overall, very poor service—I would not recommend agent ..

They are very respectful, helpful, and their speech is very polite.Ammar helped me a lot, suggested more than one plan, and gave me time to make a decision.

Alhumdulillah..Safar e Kaaba made my dream come true.. Allah swt invited me and my family to his beautiful land. Safar e Kaaba made it all possible and took the stress away from us and booked our hotels flights to Ziarats and visas. Amaar bhai was amazing to deal with and was on hand to answer any questions.
