Great experience. Safari zone gave my husband the opportunity to purchase a Pokemon tin before they sold out as he’s NHS staff and struggles to be available for any drops. This was very thoughtful and... Toon meer
Fast and well packaged. I've ordered a couple of times now and Safari always delivers. Great communication, and they work with you to find a solution.
Great service and price. Orders sent promptly and communication is spot on. Good selection of products and will go out of their way to source stuff. A repeat customer and will buy again!

Issues, but they were resolved.
Purchased on December 4th, refund initiated on December 23rd, it's now January 23rd and I am still waiting for the refund, which looks to be arriving soon.
Did have significant issues with this pre-order turned refund, however it has been resolved and appears to have been as a result of a culmulation of genuine mistakes. I didn't feel the need to leave the lengthy review explaining the whole situation.
I have spoken to Kieran and this does seem to have been a genuine mistake that fell through the cracks. A refund has been issued and I have received it. Thank you for quickly resolving it on this final attempt to contact you over it. I would, given how you've handled it, consider purchasing again. Thank you.

Antwoord van Safari Zone Ltd
**UPDATE**
After doing some investigating - Your case was closed with PayPal and a refund issued on the 31st of December. For some reason, although I sent you a full refund, PayPal decided to issue a partial refund (which is not even an option). I have now issued a full refund which should come through immediately.
Just for clarification - I received no notifications from PayPal, nor did I have any reason to assume the refund wasn't fully sent. I attached an image to the email I sent you showing that it shows a full refund on my end and that the case was closed.
I apologise for it taking this long to resolve but as you can see, I was completely unaware that the refund hadn't been sent. I know what to check in the future.
Thanks
Kieran
