I have renewed twice before. Tries this time and no one has emailed me back in days. Why even give the option if you won’t approve or even deny.
Don’t they applying. They will never respond

Was told when fine payment was received that I could reloan but after several attempts to communicate with them I had no response. I have Reloaned with them before. Very unprofessional

They are very unresponsive. You fill out an application online and once completed it says someone will be in contact with you shortly. Two days later and still no response. They don’t answer emails and although the loan agreement says you can reach them by phone, they do not have a phone number to contact them.

I got approved for a loan and the funds have not yet reached my account it’s been about 2 weeks and no one is responding to my emails.

I have been approved and signed the contract and its has been 3 weeks no funding with the reason problem with the funding processing which does not make sense at all. Respond so slow they just telling us stuck in processing no problem solve at all.

Signed my contract on February 1st and said I would receive that evening never received. Received an email the next morning start issue with processing and that the funds were stuck and if not received by Monday night they would try again next morning. Here it it Wednesday and still no reply from emails I’ve sent and never received my funds. Be aware of this company

Application was quick and easy, as well as the approval process, but when it comes to fetting your funds, thats where things go downhill. It has been 4 days and I have not received funds. No phone number to contact, and they dont answer emails.
Very shady business.

I was approved 1 week ago and I still have not received the funds. Rarely a response from them at all. And no way other than email to contact them. I see others are recently writing the same reviews. Im concerned about payment coming out without receiving the funds. Absolutely terrible. Not sure what to do

Unfortunately, I have to give Safe Cash a 1-star review.
I signed my contract on January 27 at 2:00 PM. Shortly after, I received an email stating that if I left a positive Trustpilot review, my funds would be sent within 1 hour. If I chose not to, the funds would be sent by 7:00 PM that evening.

I left the review, but several hours passed and no funds were received. I later received an email from Idris Locke at Safe Cash advising there was an issue with processing and that the funds would be sent that night, or the following morning at the latest.

It is now 7:00 PM the next day, and I still have not received the funds or any follow-up communication, despite sending two emails requesting an update.
The lack of transparency, missed timelines, and poor communication are very disappointing.

I will update this review if things change.

I applied for a loan and have waited 3 days after signing my contract, no funds and haven't had communication in over 24hours on an ETA. Thinking this is a scam, ill be filing a police report.

They were quick with paperwork, approval and contract but i have not received the funds after a week now. I was told the funds are processed on their end and should be sent via Interac. Very little contact.

I was approved for a loan and was supposed to get my etranfer then there was a technical error and didn’t receive the funds I signed for no one has helped me resolve this solution no emails back no way to contact them over phone so now I have to put a stop payment on my account as I am not paying for money I didn’t receive

Safe Cash promises quick review and fast funding, with round the clock access, but this is not true. Be ware, they offer people incentives to provide 5 star reviews.

I applied for a loan on Friday morning. Didn't hear from them until Monday morning. I signed the contract, but didn't receive funds...they reported a delay due to an update by their payment processor, but that was two business days ago and no funds.

Need this to get by for the next week thank you so much for your quick response
