This is a money making machine
This is a money making machine. They will mail you the certificate for free, but do not guarantee it will arrive due to the unreliability of the postal service. The information is a boat load of statics and then they want you to remember it all. I would have printed the thing out if I did it again. Everything costs a little more and then at the end they ask for a tip to help keep costs low? Tip a computer program? To email costs $39 and to overnight it costs $42. Throughout the program they ask security questions - if you are busy reading and miss the drop down you get locked out if you take too long. There is not ding or alert. If you read too fast and pass the quiz they make you wait the full time per section. Maybe they are all like this, but it was very disappointing. Will never use them again.
