Absolutely love this business, customer service,tracking,delivery all excellent cannot fault them

The on-line prices are very reasonable. The information provided was accurate as to quantity and strength. I was concerned about shipping time but the package arrived as promised in less than two weeks.

It was a well-run pharmacy and their attitude was friendly. Delivery took about 2 weeks, but the shipping fee was a bit expensive at $30.

I have used SGP since 2021. They have never failed to send what I ordered, and fast, too considering it comes from India. It's always gotten here in 3 weeks or slightly less; communication is excellent as well. They'll replace your order if you for some reason don't get it; I'm sold on Safe Generic Pharmacy, they've literally saved my life a couple of times now.

Was able to contact via phone the SGP rep in the US, who confirmed the processing of the specific drug I wanted (Vidalista), which comes from India. I was told originally it would take 4 weeks, but I received exactly what I ordered (the best price on the web i could find btw), in 3 weeks! A very satisfied customer who will reorder when needed. I have had 4 successful orders with SGP so thought I owed them a positive review. My last order was made on 27/12/22 & received on 5/1/23 so a very happy customer. One of the orders I mistakenly left USA as the country on the address & it bounced around the US for a couple of days but still ended up at my address in UK. Very grateful for Safe generic pharmacy 10/10.

Always reliable delivery. This company ships your order within two business days. PayPal is accepted, so there are no worries about handing your CC number off to a third party. I've used this company over 6 years, and have been satisfied with the products. Shipping to the US does take 30 days or more, depending how long it is "lost" at the customs processing center. (Chicago customs can lose your package for quite some time!)

IT IS NOT NORMAL. PLEASE HELP ME!

I spend $300 on very critical drugs, but they never send me the medication. After 5 emails and 3 months had passed, absolutely no reply. These people are unethical.

My package finally arrived. For some reason it took longer than usual to ship this, but customer service diligently acted upon it and I now have the product with me... I'm happy and do recommend it

Used to work, but not so much anymore. Administration not answering promptly (or at all sometimes), Tracking info not working...
Last parcel (2 monthes of delay) finaly arrived...

I have placed 2 previous orders and not had a problem
BUT this 3rd order has been frustrating, i received a short supply

I have been trying for 3 days to get a reply, or even an scknowledgment
NOTHING
I tried the live chat and made the mistake of saying it was about the short supply

Immediatly the live chat went dead

I dont know why for such a small sum they are creating such a bad reputation

I placed an order with them on July 31, paid $249 on August 1, and still have not received neither my order nor a refund. They do not respond to my inquiries either. I TOTALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND buying anything from them!

This review is for the dot com website, not sure if there is a difference but they look identical.
Good customer service, there was a massive delay in my order and they went out of their way to make things right.
If your going to shop from sgp expect long wait times as it sits in Mumbai for a while, then it has to pass customs, so expect 3-4 week shipping times.
Product is quality and a great place for those who might have lost health insurance due to the pandemic, but plan ahead seeing as there are long shipping times. I plan on shopping again with sgp.com

I have ordered from Safe Generic Pharmacy for the last couple of years. They are wonderful and my orders have been perfect. It may take a little longer than expected due to shipping overseas but they provide tracking. Just don’t wait until you run out to order!
