Great experience with SAFE IS to manage our site.

Always helpful and speedy. Their advice and work is reliable and comprehensive.

We recently engaged Safeis to carry out a fire risk assessment at our school as part of our compliance requirements, and we were extremely satisfied with the service provided.

The assessor was professional, thorough, and clearly experienced in working within educational environments. They took the time to understand the layout and specific needs of a school setting, ensuring that all areas were carefully reviewed with pupil and staff safety as the clear priority.

The report was comprehensive, well-structured, and easy to follow, with practical recommendations that were realistic and proportionate. It has given us confidence that we are meeting our legal obligations while maintaining a safe environment for our students and staff.

We would not hesitate to recommend Safeis to other schools seeking a reliable and knowledgeable fire risk assessment provider.

Communication is absolutely fantastic and the works are just as good, friendly, efficient. We will use SAFE I.S. again

We used Safe I.S for a fire risk assessment. Service was efficient and the assessor was very thorough. The report came back quickly and was easy to understand and identify the relevant actions. Would highly recommend.

Efficient fire assessment visit. Nice and knowledgeable engineer. Had to go back on a couple of points to get visit booked but staff very helpful.

Safe I.S. provided a great fire extinguisher training session that was smooth, timely, and well organized. Nick did a fantastic job as the instructor—he was friendly, engaging, and packed with helpful information that made the training enjoyable and easy to understand. Everyone stayed involved, and it honestly felt like one of the best training sessions we’ve had in a long time.

Great prompt customer service, setting up inspection appointments seamless. Engineer Paul was extremely knowledgeable, courteous & timely. Have used this company for the last 5 years.

These guys were great! Very professional, punctual and made the course enjoyable! Would recommend!

Great company with efficient staff.
From start to finish job was completed to satisfaction. Engineers were calm, helpful and joyful.
Report also came through with a quick turn around would recommend and re-use the service.

Very efficient and all areas covered. Very pleased with the service.

The fire marshal training was solid and worth the time. The trainer knew the subject inside out and kept things clear and practical. No pointless filler, just the stuff we actually need to deal with real situations. Good pace, good explanations, and plenty of space for questions.

Everyone walked away knowing exactly what is expected of a fire marshal and how to handle the basics with confidence. Would recommend the trainer to any workplace that wants training that feels useful rather than box ticking.

Having paid for a fire door inspection, to be told that you don't do the remedial works and now found out other companies wont use third party reports is very disappointing and think we are going to go elsewhere, feels more of a money grab for a charity where money is tight.

The Engineer, Luc, was very positive and upbeat. He helped me by going over the weekly testing procedure as I wasn't 100% sure of procedure. Great job, thank you.

We recently has fire extinguishers annual inspection and report.
