2 times a payment did not come through
Although I fiducie all the necessary steps
And it was confirmed to me that payment was succesfull
When I check my ICS there is €0,00 reserveren
When I checken my mail from the company to receive a conformation what paid and bought ; nothing there
I am afraid to try again
As it can happen that it comes finally out that I paid twice
Next time not with ICS PAY SAFE ANYMORE
Pay pal I never had problems with and is better

Lamentamos que hayas sentido que el proceso fue largo, especialmente en una situación de urgencia. Revisando tu caso (pedido #3076), notamos que el comprobante de pago fue enviado fuera de nuestro horario comercial, el cual es de 8:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m. Este horario está claramente indicado antes de completar el pago, ya que solo así podemos garantizar una entrega rápida.
Además, intentamos contactarte varias veces para solicitar el comprobante y poder procesar tu remesa sin demoras, pero no obtuvimos respuesta a tiempo. Al recibirlo fuera del horario, tu envío se programó automáticamente para el siguiente día hábil.
Nuestro objetivo siempre es ayudarte como si tú mismo entregaras el dinero, por eso seguimos trabajando cada día para ser más rápidos, sin sacrificar la seguridad de tu envío.

At 9:21 PM, we sent you an email requesting your payment receipt, as we had not yet received it, and it is necessary to process your order. Unfortunately, we did not receive your receipt until 9:40 PM, after you contacted our live chat support. Once we received it, your transaction was processed immediately, and by 9:42 PM, your remittance was successfully delivered, and a confirmation email was sent to you.
The $14 fee corresponds to the standard processing fee for PayPal transactions, which was clearly stated on your invoice before completing your purchase. This fee is applied to ensure a fast and secure transaction, and there were no hidden charges or misleading information.
