Little bit disappointed as a couple of my requests kept on coming back as rejected despite what I had stipulated. A bit frustrating when it seemed like the objective was to upgrade instead of being a service

I would have given 5 stars except that I followed up on an email sent yesterday to share the will with a relative, only to find out in the time since it has been done, no one brought to my attention that it was not signed and witnessed. Are any QA checks done on completed documents? All this time I thought it was all completed online and would have died believing I had a valid will. Now I have to try and find witnesses. Naive, I know, but where are the checks and balances on what I thought was an easy process?

Good experience with Safewill over many years, easy to use website with a simple process to complete your Will on-line. You can also upload a copy of all your signed Will plus copies of birth & marriage certificates, passport, driver’s licence and other important documents. For a small annual fee of just $15, you can update your Will as many times as you need.

Simple straightforward will making without any pressure or extra costs.

Terrible Document out lay they wouldn’t allow me to put my request in on certain things I wanted in my will. Just a rush through process that doesn’t met standards.
