Safewill Reviews

Straightforward and easy to use website. Quick response to queries

The set up was great but the advertisement stated free until June 1 but no discount was applied. False advertising very annoying. Will not be recommending to others

The process was straightforward and easy. The response from the company was very quick.

If I had done this survey last week it would have been an excellent review, but yesterday both my husband and I received an email to say there was an error with the numbers on the original will and it needed to be re printed. Having paid to get the will printed in the first place and signed I now have the hassle of reprinting and getting it signed again.

I can’t believe how quick and simple that was.

Dealing with Safewill was excellent. It was easy to navigate the online form, when contacted I received good, helpful and quick replies.
Very professional and smooth. I certainly can recommend Safewill.

The set up was easy to understand and the requirements to provide information was straightforward

Easy, straight forward, affordable, and legitimate. Great Australian service 👍🏻

This is an absolute fantastic way to deal with what is otherwise a terrible task that has to be done.
Getting their feedback every step of the way is very reassuring and when you come across something you don't quite understand. You can call, live chat or email them with a fast response.
There is no time limit on getting the deed done which makes the experience very comfortable.

Safewill was so easy to use, we had been trying to do our will and never managed to finish it, with safewill all done in 20mins.
Just looking at their options for EPA and the other options available.

Excellent, prompt and efficient service. Site was recommended by my pension fund. All very straightforward. Highly recommended.

The staff are amazing well done and I would recommend anyone to deal with your company all I can say is thankyou

Recommendations were spot on. Easy to understand and follow. Great to be able to complete at home with family help to make decisions. Loved the legal check before final documents received. Very cost effective.

Came across Safewill by accident and was so pleased I did. Found the whole process to be very efficient, professional and the legal advice was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Feeling much more reassured. Thankyou kindly. Highly recommended.

Comprehensive details made it clear and easy to complete and finalise. Very fast and efficient.
Thankyou its a big weight off my shoulders

It was simple to do with the help of safewill. Great communication through email. Very appreciative to be helped with a difficult issue such as making a will

So simple to use. Everything is explained in plain language, support is great, and walks you through the whole process.

A very simple process, while providing assistance at every step, was both professional and gave confidence

I was referred to SafeWill a few years ago, I think it was by the RSPCA? I gave it a try, and found it extremely easy to use, as it's just a matter of following the prompts. Recently my circumstances changed, so I simply went in and made another one; again, super easy, and it was reviewed by their team extremely quickly. Highly recommended!

Sounded good but I need a written copy which I understand was to be posted. Has not arrived and no contact since.
