Sailboat RC was founded in Split, Croatia (EU), and idea started in 2006., but we rebranded in 2016. after many years of R&D already behind co-founders Josip Marasović and Zvonko Jelačić in that moment. We design and manufacture premium VISS and K2 International One Metre (IOM) radio-controlled sailboats, monoSRC™ sails, rigs and precision components for sailors worldwide. Many sailors worldwide come to us with their custom specifications for various parts needed too. The racecourse is our proving ground. Four World Championship victories and numerous Continental titles have made Sailboat RC the most awarded brand in the history of the official IOM Hall of Fame leaderboard. Every IOM sailboat we do brings together hard science, meticulous craftsmanship and refined aesthetics, supported by personal advice before and after purchase. It is no wonder that some of the strongest names in sailing world and sailboat design choose exactly Sailboat RC as their preference when selecting IOM sailboats for themselves. From our Croatian workshop, we deliver to customers in more than 50 countries on every continent. We also offer DF65, DF95, Marblehead, Victoria, EC12 products and our famous Masterclass coaching. Whether you sail for pleasure or pursue championship trophies, our purpose remains the same: to bring you more speed, confidence and joy under sail—turning your passion into our profession and, with every creation, writing poetry with sails.

We appreciate it, hopefully we can continue on our path of "RC sailing excellence" in many years more to come.
Absolutely five stars!
I’ve bought many things from Sailboat RC over the years. Started with sails, then boats and all kinds of parts and accessories, and I’ve even attended their masterclass in Croatia. Without exception, every experience has been impressive and enjoyable.
On top of that, everyone on their team is incredibly helpful. Almost every time I’ve reached out for help, they’ve responded quickly with practical and genuinely useful support.
Absolutely five stars!

Thank you! We’ll keep experimenting, building, sailing, answering questions… and occasionally arguing with fractions of a millimetre. 😄 Great to have this much of support with us in the dynamic world of IOM and RC sailing!
Sailboat RC is truly the most customer…
Sailboat RC is truly the most customer service company in the business. ALWAYS time for Q and A, supportive in any way. Top notch products, always looking for that extra in product development.
I would put 6 ⭐️ if possible.

Thank you! We’re still trying to convince the internet to add that 6th star. 😄 Until then, we’ll keep answering questions, developing new ideas and making sure every Sailboat RC product earns the five that are available as maximum now.
Sailboat is a company that I believe
Sailboat is a company that strives for excellence in the design of its sailboats and sails, the relentless pursuit of product improvement, the treatment it provides to its customers, and the care with which it packages its products for shipping. To illustrate, I will recount an event that happened to me.
On one of my trips to Split, I bought spare sails and said that I could bring them inside my sail box and I would attach the sail myself, but the person responsible for packing took the lead and did it, first meticulously checking if the sail was well packed and then, when he confirmed that it was good, he took the sail with such care as if it were the most precious thing in the world and attached it with redoubled care.
When they write:
"Your passion is our profession
We create poetry with sails"
I fully believe it.
