I recently worked with Salam Mediation regarding a family matter and couldn’t be more impressed.

From the outset, they were clear in explaining the process, next steps, and what to expect—helpful and reassuring. They responded promptly to messages and used language that was approachable and easy to understand.

What stood out was their calm yet firm facilitation—shuttling between parties expertly, never rushing, and knowing when to let silence do its work. They remained neutral but were unafraid to point out unrealistic positions honestly but respectfully.

It was easy to make contact with Salam Mediation through whatsapp. I got a swift response from Mr Tawhid. From the first conversation Mr Tawhid carried himself in a very professional, polite and empathetic way. He listens and helps to frame the conversation in a positive light with the interest of all parties, particularly the children, in mind.

Mr Tawhid was very generous with his time. He allowed for enough time for me to ask all my questions before concluding our meetings.

I also understood that family court law is not stagnant. It is constantly being updated. Mr Tawhid keeps himself up to date with the changes and therefore able to provide up to date information in that regard.

I am very grateful that in my search for family mediation I have met Mr Tawhid. He has been extremely helpful and instrumental in allowing our family to move forward.
