Zach has always been over communicable when helping me choose offers he is placing for. I came to an offer he had available that wanted my “all in” dedication and wanted me to leave my other offer. Zach defended my position with staying at my current position while ramping up on this new offer to ensure risk and benefit for all parties involved so i wasn’t left in an unfavorable position.
