I had called and spoken to someone previously about changes I wanted to make to my account. I hadn’t heard anything so called back and spoke with Nick. He was so helpful and friendly on the phone, made sure I received the email before he hung up and once I’d replied he made all the changes I needed near enough instantly! As someone who barely gets any time to sort things out it made my life so much easier that I could cross my insurance update off my list. Fantastic service - thank you so much Nick!
