it is great, I like my airport benefit , I keep my account mostly for that and to use it on internet.

Pe data de 8 oct 2025 banca Salt Bank mi-a blocat transferul de 160 euro din HSBC in Salt Bank, pe motiv ca au facut o analiza de risc !!!??? si au gasit ca este riscant???!! Poate cineva sa creada asa ceva? Probabil numai angajatii acestei banci.

Scam , i was waiting more than 1 day, to verify my id details, yet, without answer.I left a comment in the play store at the app, now, they trying to scam me with a phone number(saying, i have to call them ) . Worst app

I had 600 ron worth of founders points. They closed my account without any notice before I could withdraw the money. There are much better alternatives out there

You don't sell trumpcoin which made me very angry!! Fix this or me and my whole bookclub is going to boycott you and your services. 😡

Edit: Aparently there are intermediary banks that rob you.

They block me my account without notify me .. the staff treat you very bad.. i ask how long takes they dont know. How is possible block my account witout let me know??? Comission anad fees very high i dont recomended at all.

Too many technical drawbacks, overall weak benefits, a scam with the points converted into shares (short time window and announced too discreetly), CEO from the hospitality industry, not from fintech (🚩), etc.. As a digital banking platform, Salt fails to compete with Revolut, in my opinion.

The relation with the customers is a disaster!

My account and money have been blocked for almost ten days for "verifications". The support says that the verification will be expedited, but nothing. I think they don't have enough staff, and that's why it takes so long, total lack of professionalism. I don't recommend it, stay away from SALT BANK!!!

So far I had a very good experience with Salt Bank. I have the card for one year and I’ve used it for changing between currencies because it has the better exchange rates between all the banks I use and for travel. In one year I’ve seen functions added to the app. The only thing I’ve seen is the tap from one other card from where I add my money (that card expired and I changed it with a new one with the same card number, that is correct for that issuer, plus new expire date and new cvv number) for some reason the app is not forgetting the old card and I have to re enter the new one. I talked with the support and they are aware of this and will resolve it in the future. This is not too bothersome. Other functions I’ve used are the Mastercard Platinum and saving plans.

Ne pas faire confiance en cette banque; ils ont changé le pays de residence pour rentre. dans les comptes et prendre de l'argents sans aucune explication, aucun document, rien et quand tu essaie de voir qu'est ce qui se passe, ils ne savent rien...

O stea cred ca este mai mult decat meritat . Servicii și profesionalism 0!

Nu recomand nimanui această așa zisa bancă. Am vrut să scot 900 Ron de la brd dar aparatul nu a dat nimic, chitanta, cash ... am luat legatura imediat cu serviciul salt Bank și acestia mi-au spus ca o sa fiu recompensat cu 25 Ron in cazul in care nu se pot intelege cu banca BRD. 25 Ron este o suma ridicola oferita ca si compensatie, nu contează ce a mers prost între cele două banci. Evitati Salt Bank cu orice preț!

Great bank so far. Didn’t had any issues with it. There are few things that can be improved, mostly the app so it can be used on more devices(ipad, work phone etc). And also the card could have printed card number and other details. I was asked by a merchant once to provide proof of the card with my name on it, luckily it wasn’t Salt card. So it’s useless

I don't recommend salt bank! The customer service leaves a lot to be desired plus the resolution time and the transactions that take days to receive money from my account from from another bank.
