Best customer service!
I emailed the shop regarding a mistake I made while placing my order and I was called back almost immediately after they opened the next day and they helped me to rectify my mistake. They were super kind and very fast to ship my order! They have some of the best customer service I've ever had the pleasure of receiving!

Fantastic Tea and Spices
We discovered this shop when we lived in Tahoe City. They have a wide variety of teas and spices. The turnover is fast so that spices are always fresh. They also only source whole spices to avoid adulteration of ground spices, and they test the spices for safety reasons. When ordering from our current location, the order was shipped the same day. We have several spice stores near us, however, I am partial to The Spice & Tea Shoppe. Wish this store was closer to us!

Easy to order. I do wish there was a curbside pick up option since that parking lot is crazy. Friendly staff and quick service.

Antwoord van The Spice & Tea Shoppe
Hi Lindsey, I know that you have chosen curbside pickup for your oders previously and you do not have to park to retrieve it. Just select it at checkout and when you receive your email that it is ready for pick up there is a phone number on the email to call when you arrive. Then just pull up to the curb in front of the store and we will bring it right to your passenger car window or place it in the trunk! Hope this helps and thank you for being a great customer.
All the best,
Lindy
