The Spice & Tea Shoppe Reviews

I first visited The Spice & Tea Shoppe in person when they were "Salty-Savory-Sweet" I knew then that they knew what they were doing. I don't live in Reno anymore, but after having been away for over a year now, I have yet to find a store locally that can deliver the same quality of products. So, I've decided to start restocking my spice rack from their website- I highly recommend them

everything taste so good. its so amaze to shop here!! very good.

The customer service has been amazing. They are very responsive and helpful. The shipping was fast. The only thing was that the bone broth arrived melted, sadly. I think that the long trip from NYC to Oregon is not ideal for the bone broth. But the food arrived well. I loved the packaging of the vitamins and the useful information. I look forward to trying the food and seeing how it works for my dog! 4|4

This is the only place I purchase my tea from. They have the best tea, spices, and their Haute Fudge is to die for! Placed my order in the morning and it’s shipped by the afternoon. I have always been impressed with their customer service, both in store and online!

This is a wonderful shop. The people are knowledgeable and very helpful. The teas are amazing and it’s fun to try staff recommends. Spices are fresh and unusual.

I called and was told I couldn't bring my puppy into the store, I wasn't going to leave her in the car in this heat. The person I was talking to said I could do curb side pick up. The staff here has always been helpful.

I haven’t had time to test everything, but so far everything is great. Fresh, classy, and very fast service. Many thanks.

I love this shop! I buy all of my spices and teas here. Everything is top quality - well crafted and fresh. I buy their spice blends for gifts ‐ BBQ, beef, pork, chicken and fish. My son is hooked on their Nashville Hot Chicken Rub. I put their black truffle salt on everything.

This is a can't miss store for anyone who cooks, drinks tea or wants to give thoughtful gifts.

The Spice and Tea Shoppe is fantastic! The products they offer are great and the service and people, are even better! Always very helpful and very kind!

Quality of their teas is top notch and always quick delivery.

This spice and tea shop is the best. I order regularly and am always very happy with the service and the quality of the tea. Shipping is unbelievably fast. In one instance my order was lost in the mail and they sent another, no questions asked. Friendly and helpful service, I cannot say enough good things about this company.

Great service and great selection of items!

I am continually impressed with this store- not only for the incredibly high quality products, but for the kind and passionate people who work here! I placed an order to be shipped and Samantha reached out to me voicing concern over some potentially breakable items I'd purchased. She then offered to hand deliver my order instead, to ensure everything was safe and sound!!! Such conscientious and sweet people are worth their weight in gold (or saffron!), and I want you to know you truly made my day today. Thank you so much, be well!

I have no complaints everything was awesome the ease of the website, the speed of the delivery and how everything was packed great and safe so nothing would be damaged.
I love all the spices I have ordered.

I found this shop during vacation and was happy to find that they offer shipping. Every product I have received has been top quality. The spice blends have inspired me to to create new, amazing dishes at home and the variety and quality of teas can’t be beat. I highly recommend Salty Savory Sweet!
