After losing my precious baby boy the thought of having to find a company for my son’s headstone was stressful,but I come across sandalwood and I’m so greatful to have found them. We recently arranged a headstone for our baby, and I cannot speak highly enough of the care and compassion we received. From the very first conversation with minora and fenix they treated us with genuine kindness, patience, and respect during what has been an incredibly difficult time for our family.

They guided us through each step of the process with sensitivity, they took there time to listen to what I wanted and how I wanted my sons forever bed. I changed my mind a couple times and they was so patient and caring for me and reassured me that I could change whatever I want whenever I want. After choosing a beautiful and meaningful memorial without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. The craftsmanship of the headstone is truly exceptional, and it brings us comfort to know our baby has such a peaceful and dignified place of rest.

When my wife died in March 2022 I had the task of arranging for a headstone for the grave and I very lucky to have found a Company like Sandalwood Memorials.
Thanks to the help and guidance of Minora and Fenix I found the process easy with no anxiety about what was needed.Minora supplied me with photos of memorials and we finally settled on a beautiful and dignified headstone for my wife.I will have no hesitation in recommending the Company to friends and family.

Sandalwood memorials were attentive, responsive to our needs, and gave continous updates on progress. When completed, the memorial was exactly what we wanted. Both Fenix and Minora provided excellent customer service, and the whole process was stress free.

So used these people for my parents tombs. The picture they put of my mum was awful as it looked liked she has slit her throat. When questioning this the manager was awful saying the picture was bad quality. She went on some mad rampage of abusive emails. I have now used the same picture to get them redone and they look amazing.

Minora and her team are the most professional, but very human team. I have had the very great pleasure of employing them to make, supply and fit an outstanding memorial on a family plot. They have been fabulous throughout answering questions etc and I am overwhelmed at the resulting piece of work. Thank you to each and everyone of this small family business, you deserve to go far.
