Pedí palancas de cambio para bicicleta clásica, antes de ello solicite consejo y si servían para mi bicicleta. Me contestaron con rapidez. Las manetas me llegaron en pocos días y se adaptan bien. Parecen de buena calidad. Su precio es bueno.
Volveré a comprar cualquier recambio pues la experiencia ha sido muy positiva.

Podría decir que ha sido la compra más fácil y efectiva de cuantas he hecho por internet. Sin registros, artículo en stock, rapidez y gastos de envío acorde a lo adquirido. Un diez para ellos!

I ordered a bunch of parts for pickup at the SF warehouse and they let me do an impromptu install right there on the warehouse floor. They even let me borrow some tools and a mechanic's help for some of the work. I happily recommend this shop and the great crew that works there!

El pedido llegó algo tarde. Les pregunté a que se debía el retraso y se pusieron en contacto conmigo disculpándose y me llegó al día siguiente.
Todo llegó bien embalado y según la descripción.

Es la primera vez que compro en Santafixie y tengo que decir que estoy muy contento con los tiempos de entrega y lo bien que recibí mi pedido, vino muy bien envuelto y con una caja de cartón fuerte.
Los precios están muy bien, en definitiva recomiendo comprar en SANTAFIXIE.

Bien, el pedido llegó rápido y el producto era tal cual lo pedí. Profesionalidad y buen trato a buen precio.

Santafixie had the peculiar color I was looking for, a colour had to find in Spain, and it was for a very good price - even with the delivery.

Very positive experience. The supplier delayed the delivery of the bike to the Santafixie warehouse for several days. But the customer service was always very helpful and answered me within a day and even clarified the delivery time 👌
Very low shipping costs. From Spain to Finland only 20 euros for the whole bike! and FedEx delivered everything in less than a week

Fraudulent, e.g.they present a scale of charges linked to speed of delivery. I paid highest charge for 1-3 day delivery, yet the order had not arrived nine days later when, as I had informed them, I would be out of the country. I cancelled the order. They refused to refund. They are based in Spain although this is concealed within their UK advertising. Avoid.

J'ai récemment acheté un vélo chez santafixie et j'ai eu un problème avec la livraison et le vélo. Le service client a été d'une grande aide et à été réactif pour m'aider.

Je tenais à le préciser car c'est bien de dire quand ça va pas mais aussi quand ça se passe bien.

Je recommande très fortement.

Llevo más de una semana esperando que un pedido sea enviado y cuyo estado es procesando. No me atienden vía chat y tampoco me responden a los correos

Pongo una estrella porque compré el 24enero algo que debía llegar en 3-4 días. A día 30 aún no he recibido el mail conforme ha salido hacia su destino.
El localizador de la web no reconoce el número de pedido. Les acabo de enviar un mail. Empiezo a temer que me hayan estafado.
Actualización: Llegaron a contactarme para avisarme de que fábrica decía que no les podía enviar el artículo en ese momento y me ofrecían devolverme el dinero. Al final si me lo enviaron y me compensaron retornándome los gastos de envío (no sé aún si me los han devuelto efectivamente) y con un cód. de dto. para compra furura.

I placed an order with Santafixie on December 23 at 8:44 AM GMT, expecting it to be shipped within the 24-hour window as promised by the company’s delivery policy. However, today is December 30, and my order still hasn't been shipped.

I contacted customer support on December 27 to cancel my order, as it had been 3 working days with no shipment, and was told that the delay was due to “bank holidays on December 24, 25, and 26” in Spain. This is completely inaccurate—the official bank holiday in Spain is only December 25, not December 24 or 26, and the company had no legitimate reason for failing to ship my order.

Despite contacting customer support multiple times, I was given false assurances that the order would be shipped soon. Today evening I was even provided with a tracking number, only to find that it’s impossible to track, and the shipping company, FedEx, does not recognize it. When I checked the order status on the company's website, it was still marked as unshipped.

The lack of transparency, false promises, and poor communication have made this experience extremely frustrating. I’ve asked for the order to be canceled and my money refunded, but there has been no resolution yet.

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from this company to think twice. Their customer service is slow, and the delivery process is unreliable. This has ruined my holiday plans, and I am thoroughly disappointed by the entire experience.

Bottom line: I’m still waiting for a cancellation and refund, and I won’t be purchasing from them again.

I was aware of all reviews, but decided to risk and II was glad that I did that. They sent parcel very fast and also fixed wrong shipping cost within 1 day. Got my parcel within 10 days despite, in my place parcels usually coming in 3+ weeks. Process was really smooth and I hope my future experience will remain the same.

Bad! 2 Week's or longer delivery time. they Brake their own FAQ! had to pay 7€ for return, although they write in FAQ, they will refund these costs!

Never buy there!

Je ne recommande absolument pas ce site internet. Mon conjoint a commandé un imperméable qui lui est arrivé dans la mauvaise taille, il souhaitait donc retourner le produit et avoir un remboursement. Le service après vente a pris plusieurs semaines à répondre avant de répondre et de comprendre la demande. Nous avons du renvoyer le colis à nos frais en Espagne (15euros) alors qu’il s’agissait d’une erreur de leur part. Cela fait plus de 3 semaines que le colis a été renvoyé et nous n’avons toujours pas été recontacté ou même remboursé. C’est une honte, j’attends d’etre recontacté à l’adresse de mon conjoint monsieur Boumaraf Merlin en urgence sans quoi j’engagerais une procedure contre ce site !! Avis aux acheteurs : fuyez.

Encantada con la calidad de los productos y la rapidez del envío, la página web se me hace muy fácil de usar y he podido encontrar todo lo que buscaba, volveré a comprar sin duda, la recomiendo 100%.
