We had the pleasure of working with Jake & his team for one of our events and they were outstanding from start to finish. Communication was fantastic as we wanted a custom-designed and branded ice cream cart and it exceeded our expectations!

The service on the day was great and our guests loved the icecream. We look forward to working with them again!

We hired Santiago's Gelato for our office "Survive the Heat" day, and they were absolutely fantastic. Everything was handled professionally from start to finish, and the gelato was delicious. Everyone in the building loved it, and it was a real highlight of the day. We will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Santiagos were brilliant from start to finish. We hosted a Portal launch event for clients, and the team provided fantastic service alongside excellent champagne for both our team and our guests. They were personable, professional, and incredibly accommodating throughout the planning and organisation process. Highly recommend! Shout out to Jake and Karl!

I used Santiago’s for a corporate event. The cart is very smart looking with the choice to add a logo and the selection of ice creams and sorbets is great! There was a delay with their arrival due to a sorbet issue but the team were very professional and got up and running quickly. I would use them again.

Santiago's was a hit for my son's 6th birthday party! The gelato was a crowd-pleaser and the cart presentation was impressive. Jake was accommodating and made the booking process seamless. Highly recommend!

If I could provide a 10 star rating I would. We had Santiago’s at our wedding and it went down an absolute treat with our guests. The ice cream is delicious. The service is first class.

We'd definitely recommend Santiago's. Karl and Jake were fantastic from beginning to end. They worked with our specific needs, budget and timeframe. They responded quickly to emails and with detailed information that was easy to understand. They were personal, friendly and professional. Everyone loved the gelato, they took care of everything and made our event extra special. We're hoping to book them again for next year's event.

The team were wonderful, on time and super efficient serving the queue we had for the whole booking! The ice cream was amazing and everyone was commenting on how delicious it was. Will 100% be booking Santiago's again for future events! Thank you Jake & team!

We booked Santiago’s to cater for our annual summer garden party - they were fantastic from booking to follow up. The ice cream was delicious and our guests kept returning for more (I think the record was 4 visits!). The team were wonderfully polite and friendly to adults and children alike and all of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed it. Very easy and straightforward booking and payment too. I will be a repeat customer for sure. We have tried a number of providers previously for events abs Santiago’s is definitely the best: Not the cheapest you’ll find but definitely the highest quality and most professional and therefore the best value in my opinion.

We found Santiago’s gelato via Google and we’re so glad we did! Amazing service, very quick and communicative! Our clients raved about the flavours and were very pleased about the quality of the gelato and presentation of the gelato cart. Jake was very adaptable and so great to work with as this was a last minute booking. We can’t wait to book Santiago’s again.
