This is not even worth one star. Dresses arrived bearing no resemblance to advertisement. Cheap fabric, badly made and ill fitting. As other reviewers have said, they want to charge £40 for a return becaue they dont want the hassle of taking the goods back and they try to fob you off with telling you to gift it to a friend!!! I have written several times to this Chinese fake company parading as a British one - never again

I’d give zero stars if possible. Purports to be English company but in reality is Chinese. Extremely poor quality jacket. Looked nothing like the quality advertised. Really long shipping time. Avoid like the plague.

Update on last review I did.
So a few days after writing my review I received my parcel, I knew immediately it wasn’t going to be good as the parcel was so small, flat and very light for two items one being a jacket, I almost didn’t want to open it! Well all these reviews are exactly what I experienced opening it! The so called jacket was a piece of cloth with a turned in collar if you can call it that, nothing like the pictures whatsoever! The white blouse was thicker than the jacket ( it’s supposed to be flimsy and movable) it was s stiff polyester, with black sewing on the wrists and neckline this was supposed to be plain white. The size didnt fit at all, I’m an 8 and this was like a 4! Totally unwearable items of whatever it is you would call them, material so cheap and put together badly. So disappointed to say the least, I am now going to attempt to get a full refund. TOTAL SCAM PLEASE PLEASE DON’T ORDER FROM THEM.

The quality and workmanship of the product was unacceptable and this is clearly a con and a blatant rip off of whoever purchases from this site. The pictures absolutely do not match what is delivered. SHOCKING and stay away.

Scam, say they are UK based but goods are from China and low quality and if you want to return an item you have to pay £40. Beyond a joke, do not buy from this site. Stuck with rubbish low quality item that will never be worn.

It is very expensive to get a refund. I paid £44.95 for a dress. When I asked for a refund, I was told that it is the customer responsibility to pay for the cost of the return...and it has to return to China and would cost £40.00 !!!!!
I was offered and received £4.49 compensation and told to keep my dress or give it to charity.

Not even one star , but had to enter something . My review I'd identical to many below . I ordered the velvet Jacket and am getting the same 10% offer and a £. 40 return fee . Basics they are taking your money under false pretences Is there no legal protection from these people ? . I felt the patronising suggestions to give to a loved one or be mindful of sustainability when returning particularly frustrating as If I would wear it then why would I re-gift it ?

I too wished I read the reviews, delivery over 2 weeks not from London. China delivery, the quality of dress is extremely poor. Still waiting to hear from customer service. Nothing like what I saw or ordered . Avoid this website

If there was a zero star they would have got that. I received a really shoddy blue velvet 'jacket' today, which was more like a lycra jumper. I asked to return it, but they told me it would cost £40 to return it to China. They are not based in London! I went onto Chatgpt to help me draft a reply. Do not accept their shitty 10% refund. Take it all the way, or better still, don't order from them in the first place. Appalling!

Do not buy from this company. They are NOT in London. It’s cheap nasty stuff from China and looks nothing like the picture. Customer service is appalling. They do no care once that have your money. AVOID!

How I wished I had read these reviews before buying. This company is a scam. I am usually very careful so I’m cross with myself that I fell for it but will chalk it up to experience. I ordered a velvet embroidered jacket and what eventually arrived from china via Yun Post and not Royal Mail was a piece of velour material rolled up in a ball. It did have sleeves but I could not put it on. I did contact the company but told £40 to return to china and if the item got ‘lost’ during the return it’s at my risk. I’m not giving them any more of my money as clearly a scam. I hope this review stops someone else from losing their money.

Ordered a beautiful looking woolly jumper from the website end December. It did not arrive as promised. After 2 weeks waiting and no update from the company I had a polite email conversation with them, where they assured me it had been despatched. Still nothing. This went on for another week until I came home to find (luckily!) a package on my doorstep. The item sent bore no resemblance to the jumper I ordered as I received an enormous nylon sweatshirt!
What a scam!
I’m not bothering to return it for a refund as I don’t need the excess costs and hassle this will cause me.
I’ve learnt a lesson; never to buy online without checking the company out beforehand.

The Jacket I received was a poor cheap imitation of the one shown in the advert. It was NOT velvet, it was cheap velour fabric, only suitable for making dresses and tops. The fabric had no lining or interlining so it was droopy rather than crisp it had no shaping like the original and the "Embroidery " down the front edges and on the cuffs was not real embroidery, only printed. It was supposed to be reduced in the sale , but it was not worth the £49.99 that I paid for it.

Ordered from their website. Lovely looking dress. After numerous, very polite and friendly emails, saying that they weren’t satisfied with the quality therefore remaking it, it was delivered. It was poor quality material and not like their picture at all. I won’t buy from again, no matter how good their goods look in the pictures!!!

I ordered a coat from their website which looked really nice on the model. When I received it it was of poor quality and not the same as depicted. I asked for a refund which they guarantee 30 days return and was told I would only get 10% back as it cane from abroad and that £40 was shipping costs. This is disgusting and they deserve to go into liquidation.

Worst experience ever.

The company told me I had to pay £40 to return the item to get a refund (company based in China).

Should be closed down by authorities.

I also saw them start a new company (again mis leading people to think it’s based in London).

Don’t waste money or time on this x

The website says it is London based and gives a sob story about it being owned by a mother and son and they are desperate to keep the business going. The photos on the website are enticing and I fell for it and sent for a couple of items. The emails are all warm and personal sounding and you feel you are dealing with a good private company. Don't be fooled - everything comes from China, and like most of these scam companies they don't want to be bothered with returns, offering 10%, 20% and finally 30% "discounts", telling you to keep the clothes, which are shoddy and badly made from awful materials.
I have fought for a refund as a matter of principle and am awaiting feedback. They make their money from busy people who can't be bothered with the process and expense of returning parcels to China. It's a rip off and I would avoid at all costs. I have contacted Watchdog about these companies and hope to get something done about the way they conduct business.
