AVOID AT ALL COSTS – Sara International Travel Failed My Parents on Hajj
If you are even considering this company for Hajj or Umrah, save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. What my parents went through was not a "bad experience"; it was outright negligence, dressed up as a travel package.
No one bothered to pick them up. After hours of travel, exhausted and in an unfamiliar country, my elderly parents were left completely on their own. No representative. No guidance. Nothing. Just abandoned.
The "group leader" and imam were basically ghosts. Two appearances. That's it. For an entire Hajj trip. What exactly were people paying for if the people responsible for guiding and supporting pilgrims couldn't be bothered to show up?
No food provided at the hotel, as promised. My parents had to hunt down meals themselves in the middle of one of the most physically and spiritually demanding journeys a person can take. This isn't a minor inconvenience; it's a failure of basic responsibility.
Zero accountability, zero support. It became painfully obvious that once the payment cleared, this company had no further interest in the well-being of the people who trusted them.
This is supposed to be a sacred, once-in-a-lifetime journey, not something you survive despite the company you paid to take care of you. Sara International Travel took people's money and gave them nothing but stress, confusion, and abandonment in return.
Do not trust this company with your Hajj or Umrah. Do not trust them with your parents. Save your money and your peace of mind; go with literally anyone else.
