Long delivery time, wrong color AND a very cheap Chinese quality. Absolutely NOT as the show on the internet. They are scammers and steel our money. I paid 50 euros for trash.
Seems this happens often HOW to stop them??????

Ordered expecting decent quality, especially since they advertise and sell in Spain and Italy. What arrived was clearly cheap AliExpress-type stock, completely misrepresented.

Very poor quality, not as described, and a waste of money. Feels misleading at best, a scam at worst.

Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

Made error and purchased 2 items instead of 1.
Instantly realising mistake emailed and notified seller of error and they responded saying they in turn would amend order accordingly.several weeks have passed and they continue to fob me off
The monies due are £33.72 which is a lot to myself being a pensioner

My order was placed 4th November, it took over 4 weeks to arrive with no delivery updates in that time. The item was delivered without any packaging and the box was badly damaged. I sent an email and photos to Sarando with no response. The item was a Christmas present. I will never use this company again and do not recommend any else to either. The item also did not look like the website photos

Stay away from these chinese scammers who pretend to operate from the Netherlands. They do not honor cancellation requests and don’t refund me. All emails are getting ignored and their support number goes to voicemail every time I call.

Don’t buy anything from Sarando!!

I ordered what they named something smart German sight eyeglasses. That adjusted automatically to your far& near sight situation on both R& L eyes. After a long delay and excuses the order arrived. To my surprise I found the eyeglasses totally wrong and I can't wear for seconds. It makes me blind. Emailed and reported the issue. After long correspondence I requested for a refund. They instructed me to post back to China at my expense and get a refund of 40% or keep it give to someone it might fit. I told them my intellectual integrity don't allow.
To me it is Con. I advice anyone not to buy from them and be trapped in their game.
Is there anywhere in the UK where I complain to get Justice.

I ordered a full size paw patrol tower at a discounted price. Thought i was getting a good deal. Instead a small version came and was missing pieces. Trying to return for refund and getting no where

Avoid at all cost, fake Chinese products. Poor customer service a waste of money.
I regret not searching reviews because this company website came thru Pinterest app.

Una stella perché non si può mettere meno ho acquistato un calendario dei pokemon per mio figlio e stato spedito e rimandato al mittente senza avere una motivazione, Dojo gironi che li contatto ma nulla , una truffa bella e buona dovreste eliminare la visibilità a certi siti su Google che li da come prima scelta d’acquisto .

Darei anche 0 stelle se fosse possibile. Pessimi. Fanno credere di aver acquistato un calendario con bibite a 29.90 euro in offerta pure perche lo vendono anche a 50 e invece arrivano delle figurine di plastica con il design della lattina da appendere. Mai piú. Sconsiglio vivamente

Do una stella perchè non si può dare meno. Ho acquistato ben due calendari dell’avvento da regalare che, ovviamente, non ho potuto regalare. La descrizione è ingannevole, la spedizione lentissima (3 settimane) e il servizio clienti vergognoso. Ho inviato non so più quante email per fare il reso e richiedere il rimborso, ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta. VERGOGNATEVI!

Ho acquistato il calendario dell'avvento con i whisky per il mio compagno. La descrizione è ingannevole dicono che sia per veri appassionati di whisky non c'è nemmeno un goccio di liquore si tratta esclusivamente di aggeggi di plastica di un centimetro da appendere! Nella descrizione garantiscono il rimborso. Quando ho scritto loro che voglio fare il reso mi hanno chiesto il dettaglio e proposto di avere indietro il 20% subito. Ho rifiutato perché con il reso chiedo il rimborso totale come da loro specifiche. Risultato? Sono spariti non mi hanno inviato più l' etichetta di spedizione e non rispondono!!! Un furto legalizzato.

Absolute disgrace I ordered a mask for Halloween o. The website it's looked great and wasn't particularly cheap for a mask but still bought it, I nearly fell over when I got it in the post AFTER Halloween so was pointless anyway but it was literally a cheap nasty rubber mask with a bit of fur stuck on it!!!! This was shocking i did manage to get a partial refund after being given the option to return it to CHINA at my expense... if I could give minus stars I would this is disgusting behaviour and they should be shut down!!!!!!

Confermo. Le descrizione del prodotto è truffaldina. il calendario è di scarsissima qualità. Ho chiesto il reso, ma al momento si rifiutano.

Nella descrizione ti fanno credere che ci siano delle bottigliette con del liquore dentro invece sono solo stampini di plexiglas
