The first bra I ordered, according to the size chart, absolutely did not fit. They did respond quickly to my disappointment & offered to send, free of charge, a second bra. They requested my exact mea... Toon meer

The bra is very comfortable. But I’m a 32C! Sorry, my breasts fall out of the bottom. Constantly having to adjust the bra and pull it back down. Very pricey mistake. Plus you can’t wear it under sleev... Toon meer
Bras are not the size they should be. Customer service is horrible. They emailed me telling me they will ship replacement correct size. Still waiting. 2 months. Contacted again. Nothing.
Bra looks great. Since I’d just had major back surgery, I thought this would be the perfect bra to slip on easily. After wearing 5 minutes, my boobs slip out and the bra slides above them! I’ve tr... Toon meer

Not a company I will trust
I purchased a bra from this company. Their website says they take full responsibility if it's not right for you. When I reached out to try and get a refund they gave me options that did not include a full refund. I'm still waiting to hear back as they only responded once and I have contacted them three times waiting for them to respond. All they want to offer me is half back and then 50% off on some other site that I'm not going to go to. I don't think that's fair. I think if something doesn't work you should get the full refund. That's how the company shows that they believe in their product.
If I don't hear back soon I will have to go to the better Business bureau as that is my next logical step in this instance.
The bra I purchased was made for somebody at least 5 in taller than me because the strap over the shoulder was way too loose and that's just not something they're going to be able to fix. A simple return is all I wanted and they're not giving me what I asked for. In fact, they're not even responding anymore.
